I’m not sure about the back staff of the spa because I never made it that far but the front of the house has NO clue. After I bought a groupon and they pushed me 4.5 months later for my appointment they call two days prior to inform me that some of my services would not be completed. After I still agreed to keep my appointment (although they changed the time on me twice) I then found out that my reservation for TWO had not been recorded and they only had a reservation for ONE.
I would not recommend this spa to anyone because it’s impossible to work through their schedule and their needs.

The spa at windward is one of the best spa that I’ve been to. Services are very affordable with friendly staffs. The massage therapist there is amazing and the esthetician is very knowledgeable. Overall, excellent services.
