Pizza Hut

Kind of surprised to see this place has such a low rating. Eight times out of ten, the food from here is on point and delicious. Occasionally they make a mistake and usually do a good job of making it right. For example, we placed a large order last time and there were some issues — the manager quickly issued a partial credit.

This place sucks. Rude manager and horrible delivery service.
I love pizza Hut but this location is giving it a bad name.
I now drive 15 minutes out of the way to Peachtree industrial location to get the product.

Observed a worker take a smoke break, come back in, tie her hair up OVER the food, and proceed to take orders WITHOUT washing her hands. No more visits to this location.

The estimated delivery time was horrible! But the pizza was good.

Although the pizza was good. Our delivery took 85 minutes from when we placed our order, instead of the 20 minutes it stated for ‘estimated delivery time’. We had only received part of our order, when it was delivered and the driver had to bring the other part of our order, which showed up about 45 minutes later.
No one offered us a partial credit or coupon for our experience. I have tried submitting a complaint feedback on
, only to find out that it won’t allow me to submit since I entered an e-​mail address and stated that I could not enter numbers or characters.
During these tough economical times, when money is tight, you would think that a business would do everything they can to make the customer happy and give the customer there complete order. Apparently this is not the case for this location… Very sad.
