Great food! Really impressed. Staff was wonderful. The cheese dip is so good. Make sure you get the large if that’s you’re thing. Also excellent vegetarian selections. Really makes it stand out versus other Mexican restaurants that only offer cheese or beans.

Excellent food, very reasonably priced, and a unique menu with something for everyone. Everyone in our party loved what they had. Owner is onsite and very customer focused – I highly recommend this place. Best Mexican food in Johns Creek!

My family and I have visited this place twice now in one week and we have been very happy with our meals and the service. We’ve had the same server both times and he has been incredibly polite and attentive. The food is delicious and their chips and salsa are some of the best I’ve ever had. Even there .99 cent ‘Gringo’ chicken tacos on Tuesday nights are fantastic. We will definitely become regulars at this spot. We already have plans to stop in for their Wednesday fajita night!

Authentic Mexican food with just enough spice. It’s the little things here they do with flavors to make it good. Paprika and spice on the chips make them 100% better. If you have to choose neighborhood Mexican, I’d definitely take Señor Quintin.

I am obsessed with whatever they use to season their chips and taco shells. Wow! This is a great little Mexican place. Very clean and I love the way it’s decorated. So far, I’ve had the Gringo Tacos and the Shrimp Fajitas, both of which, were excellent! Both times I’ve come, it’s been during lunch so I haven’t had the Quintinerrita yet but I’m told it’s delicious.

How does this place have good reviews. Just left there and it was terrible. The burrito and enchiladas were terrible. The rice and beans were weird and everything has way too much of their seasoning. Even the grilled chicken is covered in it. Very nasty. Go somewhere else. The salsa was the only savior, it was not bad.

We tried Señor Quintin after seeing the reviews here and found the restaurant quaint with extremely friendly service. The manager /owner(I’m not sure which) was very inviting and open to helping us with some choices. We started out with a freshly made guacamole and a 12 oz cactus pear margarita. Both excellent. Having had so much tex-mex in the Atlanta area, I wanted to try something other than your standard burrito /taco /empanadas. So I asked for our host for a suggestion and he recommended the Tilapia and Shrimp which came with a side of nutmeg mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. My wife being a vegetarian went with a burrito. I have to say the tilapia was nice, the shrimp was pretty good. The nutmeg mashed potatoes, though a bit on the drier side, were quite good, the nutmeg on top was a nice touch. As for the vegetables, just throw them away. They’re either microwaved frozen veggies or warmed up from a can, utterly devoid of flavor. My wife really enjoyed her burrito and the side of beans. We do plan to return to Señor Quintin because the service was so inviting and for the«standard tex-mex» fare, those dishes seems to be really good. The drink was great as well. Probably will stay away from the«specials» and entrees in the future.

B. Y. O. N. The first time we tried to visit this restaurant, it was closed although it was during the stated business hours, so you may want to call to verify that they are open prior to visiting. We arrive at the restaurant shortly before 7:30 and there is one other table that is occupied. This is perfect for us as we do not do crowds or noise when dining. We are warmly greeted and seated immediately. The décor is simple and very relaxing. There is a nice patio available for dining as well. Although there was music playing in the background, it was not obtrusive and we actually enjoyed our conversation as we waited for our meal to be delivered. Ok, so let’s get the minor annoyance out of the way first. I asked for extra napkins and our waiter brought over three which he portioned out to each member. I have never encountered this before as I am accustomed to receiving a stack of napkins simply deposited on the table. To note: I definitely prefer the stack. We started our meal with the chips and queso and while I could visually see that the chips had a spice added to them, it was not detectable by my tongue or my daughter’s, so I missed the point. I don’t really evaluate chips and dip because I don’t consider them food. I just wanted to make note of the spice on the chips because I believe that it was intentionally added to enhance the flavor, and it didn’t. I ordered the vegetable burrito with black beans and rice and it was delicious. The veggies were fresh and crisp and encased in a spinach wrap. This meal was well seasoned and very filling. My husband ordered the steak burrito with refried beans and rice and my daughter ordered the chimichanga with refried beans and rice. I sampled everything and it was all nicely prepared,(not overcooked, over-seasoned or over-sauced) and plated. Everyone was pleased with their meals and we will definitely return,(with our own napkins of course). :)

Nice outside seating with the cover and ceiling fans. Really AMAZING chips tortilla chips. The best I have ever tasted. They have a spice on them better than any Doritos variety. I had to San Quintin salad with chicken. I always try the food with the restaurant’s name. Very very very good. The dressing was unique the chicken was spiced perfectly. Good sized portion. Mom had the ground beef quesadillas. There was a healthy portion and delicious. That was a served with a side of chop salad and tomato sour cream. Handicap parking available on the side of the building.

Love this place! Food is always fresh — I never feel like my plate was sitting under a heat lamp like at most Mexican food restaurants. Also — food is very authentic. The menu contains seafood and brisket and things typically not found in your pop-up Mexican restaurants because it is truly authentic. The owner works hard to make sure everyone is happy with their food. This is our weekly tradition!

Great food and good service! Loved the chips and salsa and the cheese dip! The main entrée was great, plenty of food! One of my favorite chimichangas in the area. Recommend for family’s and friends, our group was about 8+ people.
