Lots of issues with this particular store/management. All of my issues were resolved in 10 min over the phone with a representative as opposed to the week long back and forth with this store.

SPRINTONOVER This store is located on Peachtree Parkway in the Target shopping center. We went in tonight to inquire about possibly tranferring our services to get a better rate. The service rep was very nice and spoke primarily with my husband while I focused on playing with the toys that were on display. They have this really cool interactive display that allows you to listen to the sound coming from thier various speakers. It was very nice and a way to determine the right speaker for your personal needs. In an effort to not push the client, sales reps can come across as a little passive instead of assertive. When I mentioned that I liked my phone and my service with Verizon, I wanted her to offer a counter response as to why I should transfer to Sprint. At this point we are not sure if it is even worth the trouble to transfer because before we could even transfer and qualify for those«special» incentives advertised, we would have to consolidate our phones under one plan and then transfer over. This is impossible to do because it basically requires us to have all of our plans renewed at the same time. I don’t think it’s worth it. We were also told that we would have to buy our phones from Sprint and my phone does not even transfer. My phone is less than two months old and I do not want to exchange it. Besides it was free through my existing plan. Botton line, I’m fine with my current provider, but the customer service was very nice tonight,(since we were the only customers for our entire visit), and if you were looking for a Sprint store to service your phone or answer your questions, this could by your store.

Fantastic, easy service for long-time customers. After a terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad experience at a third-party vendor store where a Sprint representative and I were told that«upper management» will not release stock to anyone but new customers signing up for a family plan(i.e. multiple lines), I went to this Sprint store to upgrade my plan(i.e. commit for another 2 years). I was in and out of the store with a working phone in hand within 15 minutes– I even got a new screen protector which is a big deal after 2 cracked screens on my last phone(ooooooops!). I was offered the typical options(insurance, accessories) but was not pressured into anything. My service was switched over quickly and easily(well, I didn’t really do anything but stand there and look cute!) but that is how I want it to be. Stop by on your way home, upgrade your plan or just listen to the awesome music that the reps must hate(I’m 41, I appreciate Jon Bön Jovi and Journey!) with awesome speakers. You’ll be glad you did.

This store is more concerned about making a sell rather than providing good customer service. I went into the store to purchase an iPhone for my son’s birthday and was repeatedly told that I could not do so using the 20 month upgrade program. Although I had been eligible for the upgrade since August 2013, the salesman insisted that I pay upwards $ 500 in early upgrade fees and for the new phone. Even after I tried correcting the salesman, he refused to perform the eligible transaction. I left the store feeling robbed and disrespected. This store provided false information to prevent me from obtaining services that I had earned. I will never refer this store to a friend.
