I felt well greeted and was ushered to a modest room with warm aromas and tranquil tunes.
I requested a 30 min deep tissue focusing on upper and lower back.
Angela was professional, respectful, and illuminated the tender points I didn’t even know I had.
She began strong with body weight assisted foot pressure on my back. I could feel my transverse processes realigning.
Next came oil and a muscle smoothing massage.

After my husband and I were loyal customers and paid for more than 22 massages, they would not honor their 11^th massage free loyalty card they’d given us. There were no dates or limitations on these business cards, and they never told us there were any limitations. I know they still give those same cards out as they were still on the desk in the holder. Last time we came were our 11^th and 12^th times (which were signed on the card), but my husband had already paid before I got out. Rather than demand a refund, we figured they would honor their coupon later. I tried to speak with the manager. The lady there called her, but she wouldn’t talk with me. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t even listen and would rather lose our business.
We should have known since, in the last 2 years, their are different people there each time. Not even the employees want to go back there.
