Synergy Crossfit is amazing. It took me a long time to get fitness back into my routine after having my daughter. I was very out of shape and frankly scared to death to start such a rigorous workout routine. But I can honestly say that I love it. After much careful consideration, I decided to join Synergy with my husband. Of course, the most important factor for me was having staffed childcare with people that I trusted. After meeting Will Hamilton, owner and coach, I was sold. All of the coaching is outstanding. I am no longer scared to lift weights and my body is truly changing after only a short 2 months. You will not be disappointed at Synergy Crossfit. Definitely worth the money for such a family oriented community!

Excellent facility with an excellent team! Great community feel with a big family heart! They offer free childcare daily during the 9:30am class which is a HUGE plus for me. If you’re curious– try out their free week trial– you won’t regret it!

If you are new to Crossfit or a seasoned athlete, you will find exactly what you need at Synergy Crossfit in Johns Creek. The owner, Will Hamilton, has spared no expense in outfitting his gym with the best equipment and staff. You will not be disappointed with the challenging workouts that athletes of all abilities can complete. Childcare and yoga are currently included in the price of membership. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.

Synergy CrossFit is hidden gem in Johns Creek. Will Hamilton, owner, has an extensive background in exercise science and CrossFit. He’s created a great family atmosphere at Synergy. They offer childcare at the 9:30 AM, 4:30 and 5:30 PM classes, as well as Yoga on Wednesday nights. Both of those services are included in your monthly membership. There are shower facilities available also, if you need to use them before you head off to the office. They currently offer a free trial week, with no pressure to join.
Will has assembled a great and knowledgeable coaching staff in Evan, Kelly and Molly. All are willing to help and give you tips to become better and use correct form.
If you’re looking for the family feel, while improving your life through functional movement, then look no further than Synergy CrossFit off McGinnis Ferry, next to Get Air.
