Not sure why all the bad reviews. The two young men that moved furniture for us were awesome. They were respectful and courteous. The work was quick and efficient. I will definitely use again

I’ve heard great reviews about Two men and a truck so I wasn’t hesitant to use them. Well, I was fooled. My roommate and I decided to have the movers pick up her stuff and my stuff at two different houses to move to our new apartment. Loading up the truck was fast and easy. When we got to our apartment, they(Mike R and Tavrus) were slow, sluggish and took their sweet, precious time. I take blame for not watching as closely. If you’re dumb enough to use them after this review, watch them closely. The bill was way higher than expected(I tipped because it was a service) and later realized a box was missing. It was a brand new multi-piece canvas I JUST ordered. I called both the movers and they took full responsibility for seeing it; however, it never made it into our apartment. It was a hassle to call and file a claim with the manager at the Suwanee location. He told me to call after 7 days if it didn’t show up. I called and he asked for my address so he’d send a check. I’ve called multiple times and conveniently, he never picks up and his voicemail is FULL. It’s been 6MONTHS and I have yet to see a check. DONOTUSETHEM.

I have used then before. This move was returning to the home I had moved from two years ago. This move was a nightmare. They took over 20% longer to move me. They stack boxes on top of boxes clearly mark as «glass» «do not stack. They drop my items, broke my antiques and Crystal glass. I had three guys, and almost half the time two of the guy stayed in the back of the truck. This was a disaster. I am waiting for management to come by my home to assess the situation. Which I think is ridiculous, I sent them pictures of the damage. We also have on file the last move they should know this was not done right. However they will quit to charge my credit card and get their monies. I will update the interactions with management and let you know if they actually do back there work and provide customer satisfaction. But I would not hire them again at this point.
