Okay Not the worst experience I have had at a salon, but not good.
I am pregnant and can’t reach my feet to cut or color so I needed a pedicure. Though I am pregnant, I can still bend over enough to see that the clear coat is all over my toe cuticles!
My manicure… Sigh I should have just done it myself at home. The second coat does not cover the first coat. The paint again is on my cuticle. Siiigh.
Oh and yes, they were talking about us… Easily. My friend who was with me speaks Vietnamese confirmed they were. I don’t care what they say (good or bad), it just makes it uneasy. They stopped once they learned my friend was Vietnamese. So yeah… The tension took away most of the stars there.
But and extra star for sterilizing their utensils!

I’ve been coming to this place with my mother for five years. Today the service was terrible, and not worth $ 35. Please see the pictures. That pedicure was done by an owner. Other than the terrible paint job, the man did not file, cut or scrub the feet. He skipped every step with the fancy lotions you pay for, and the massage was interrupted many times by him watching tv. Toward the end of my stay, I told him he needed to fix my mother’s nails and his response was to just put more paint on them ! After this, as pictured, he began to do his own nails, and spent twice as much time on his own. My suggestion is to simply tell him you don’t want him to do your pedicure and wait. It will be worth it.

Out of all the options for levels of service I chose number 2. I can’t imagine how much better it could have been if I had upgraded more because it was truly the best pedicure I have ever had! Very thorough, well done and relaxing! Environment is very peaceful and tranquil. I think the owner provided my service as I was here as they were opening and she was the only one here. She was very pleasant and warm, focused and easy to communicate with. For a finishing touch she gently rubbed oil in my legs and backs of heels after the polish was complete. EXCELLENT!
