There is rude and then there’s Dunkin Donuts. How surly can the drive up be.

I usually stop here on my way to work, so in a normal day I’ll hit the morning commuter rush. I must say the staff does a wonderful job both inside and with the drive thru! The majority of my orders have been fast and delicious. My usual breakfast sandwich and coffee is always made perfectly. My only bad experience has been the large drive thru lines. This cannot be avoided due to the large volume of commuters coming for their morning fix. Aside from that, very good location!

Much better than my miserable experience at the DD in Vinnin Plaza! Dunkin Donuts — you have redeemed yourself! Sadly, this goes to show the discrepancy between owners/​managers.
This location was clean. The staff was courteous, and the service was prompt. I’m fairly certain I found my new neighborhood Dunkins!
