My boyfriend brought me here because it was close by and I was very surprised how fresh and mouth watering the hamburgers were! I am addicted & will always be a regular customer!

i’ve been to several five guys locations, let’s just say it’s part of my job. i can say that in my opinion this one is hands down the best. for whatever reason, the meat patties are bigger at this location, and the meat in general seems to be a bit better. the fries are always made right, the service is good, and i’ve never seen the place not clean.

As a first time customer, I was curious to discover for myself if Five Guys would become our go-to place for a burger and fries. In short, I’m not sure. The burger itself was fine. I appreciated the fact that I got to have it fixed just the way I like ‘em: mustard(no mayo), pickles, onions, lettuce, … We split a regular order of fries which provided a generous portion: more than enough for two people. Alas, the fries were not to my liking as they were rather limp, a bit overdone and extremely salty. The magical multi-option Coke machine was fun but not appropriately set: there should have been more fizz.(I am also unsure about all of the hands and fingers that were all over the touchscreen before I got to it that evening. Ick.) B reports that his burger was better than okay but that his chocolate shake wasn’t anything special and definitely not worth the money. He also agrees that fries weren’t as fresh as they ought to have been. All told, given its proximity to home, we’re likely to go again — but with the expectation that we would be there for just a simple meal, nothing special.

We ate here twice while on vacation in the area. They were very generous with their fries! We were more than happy with both of our visits. Friendly people and good food.

Excellent. Excellent. The regular size burgers are two patties and very thick. I now eat mostly the single burger because I can’t finish the double. There are a large variety of toppings. You can also get veggie burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, excellent fries in both regular and Cajun spices. Also comes with complimentary peanuts and a variety of soft drinks. It never disappoints me

Five guys is definitely the best burger place around! I don’t eat red meat often but I love their cheese burgers and fries! They are a little pricey but its worth it once in a while. The staff is always friendly which just makes it better. We ordered from them a few weeks ago and one of the burgers was supposed to have bacon and they forgot to put it on, I called them to let them know and they told us we could get a free one next time. We went back a week or so later and thy gave us our entire order free. We only ordered two burgers and a fry but that’s not the point! They have great food and customer service!

I really, really like their french fries. Boy are they just the way french fries should be, pieces of recognizable potatoes with a bit of skin on, not too oily, and plenty of them even in a small order. I had grilled onions and mushrooms on my bacon burger, both also first class. I was not convinced by the burger itself, I’d give it a B– and there wasn’t enough bacon for my liking. But overall, for a chain burger and fries meal, I think 5 Guys on Paradise Road came through for me.

I don’t understand why everyone’s hating on this place. Five Guys is a good restaurant, much better than your average fast food burger place. The price is a little high, but the ingredients are fresh and the food is overall pretty good. The Cajun fries are a little on the spicy side, but they are delicious with their burgers. The portions are generally large,(I suggest getting a Jr. Burger) but in the end you get what you pay for.

I was craving a Five Guys hot dog and went here. It was really sloppy, the bun fell apart and everything was falling all over the place. It was funny, considering I had two hot dogs from two different Five Guys locations in the past week and they were both immaculate and delicious. Also, the peanuts tasted super old and were dated 6/19, left out in the open air in an area where the sun hit it. They were all stale and different colors.

The burgers are just okay in my opinion. French fries are really good. I still think this place is overrated and way overpriced. It cost me like 14 bucks for a small burger and a small fry.

Five Guys is the closest thing I can find to what In-N-Out Burger is on the East Coast. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not In-N-Out and is unique in it’s own way but the burgers are always awesome and the fries aren’t bad either. I have always found the service at this location to be very friendly and personable. The burgers are always made to order fresh and they are very generous with the portion size of fries. The burger itself is one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s always consistent and made just the way I like it. The price might scare some people away but really I think you get what you pay for. Between the portion sizes and the quality of the food, I think the price is just about right. The fries are always hot and delicious and they use real potatoes. They also have fresh peanuts to munch on while you are waiting for your order. The only things holding me back from giving Five Guys 5 stars is I think their menu is slightly limited and sometimes the wait is long on a busy night. I also tried calling in the place my order to avoid the wait but they never answered their phone. I wish they served shakes or had some other items on their menu to choose from but then again I can see why they do things this way, to speed up the service and to focus on what they do best, making good burgers.

I brought my 84 year old mother, who uses a walker, because she was in the mood for a burger. She suggested Burger King, but I suggested 5 Guys. Staff was wonderful-held door open for her, brought our food to the table. She didn’t mind the loud music since she’s hard of hearing, but I suspect that’s why the person taking our order heard«mustard» instead of «mushrooms» and didn’t hear us order fries. My mom LOVED the burger and fries. I’ve been to other 5 Guys locations, and they are all good.

Five Guys is the BESTBURGEREVER. The burger is juicy and mouthwatering. There is so much taste to it. The burger is so good it makes the mustard and ketchup seem better. I also want to mention the fries. They are very good as well. There cooked just right with the right amount of salt. Five Guys has perfect burgers and fries. I’ll be back!

Well, we gave them another try and again end with a serious fail… Fries overcooked to a tough, dirty oil soaked bag of wasted money. The burgers spoke for themselves, no words of my own could come into play with how bad they were. The only positive part of the visit was the Gent taking the order. Polite and to the point. So, sad to say that we will not try a third time. I pray to «The Burger Gods» PLEASE, Set forth upon this earth a Burger Joint worthy of being…

Great burgers and I have to say they where most certainly better than average. They are what they are a greasy not the most healthy things in the world but still all and all very good. I like the concept that is still simple like California’s In-Out burger, I like the limited simple to the point menu. They are pretty quick(actually faster than any In-Out Burger I have ever been to… but then again the west coast works on another priory clock in my humble opinion) . I will say that I think they are a little pricey for what you get(Burger wise that is) and even though you get a ton of fries that completely overflow(which is one of their novelties) I always feel a little funky after eating them. Like I really want to go on a body detox and take a shower. This is why I’m going with 3 stars Over all, the place is clean for a fast food joint and the 80’s retro music was a nice touch. I would go back but I think I would split the fires with 2 other people and would probably only eat a single patty burger.

Amazingly good — better than any burger chain out there, including the famous In-N-out Burger in LA… First of all, the burgers are awesome… They’re cooked like home-made burgers, fresh, not perfectly formed like a typical chain… The array of toppings is the best of any burger place out there. And no extra charge. Grab a free tray of peanuts while you wait for your insanely good meal to be cooked. The fries, in my book — are to die for… there not thin and crispy like McDonald’s… which have their place. instead, these fries — cooked in healthy peanut oil– are like steak fries you’d get at an expensive steak-house. Hand-made with fresh potatoes. Soooooo good. Do yourself a favor and go here — immediately! I love this place! 5 Stars.

FREETOPPINGS!!! Little cheeseburger with bbq sauce, grilled onions, and jalapenos. Peanuts. Small fries. Barq’s root beer. Recipe for success. The hand-formed patties really don’t get their praises sung enough really. And — as everyone should know — a little cheeseburger is ONE patty, while a regular is TWO. One day, I swear I’ll try the hotdog. Just not today.

This was my second Five Guys experience and I just can’t get enough! I get the Regular Cheeseburger(which has two patties!). I skipped the fries, even though they are delicious because I need friends with me to finish them. I like how there are many toppings and it doesn’t cost any extra! Service is friendly and quick. Will continue to eat at Five Guys!
