Jack in the Box

This just in… 9÷1÷15. The Jack in the Box in Swansea officially SUCKS.
I’ve been eating here for years and never had a problem. Great food, rarely if ever was there a mistake on my order and always prompt, friendly service.
No more.
In the last 6 months or so EVERYTHING about this place went straight into the toilet. I’ve had 5 meals there in the last 2 months and every damn order either had a mistake or took more than 5 minutes to arrive, not to mention the food tasted like it had been sitting under a lamp for a while. I even went inside to eat to make sure it wasn’t just the drive thru. Wrong. The inside is filthy and the workers don’t seem to care about much of anything. I wasn’t the only annoyed customer either. On one trip in after a messed up drive thru meal I was 3^rd in line behind 2 other people with screwed up orders.
I’m done. Jack in the box is way too expensive for such a crappy experience. I’ll go to O’Fallon or Belleville next time and take my chances.

Place is a joke, if they mess up your order just prepare for the employees to stare at you with confusion. No manners, no please and thanks for coming. They hand you a bag and walk away. Everyone looks miserable as if they have better things to do than work. Officially done with this hole in the wall excuse for a restaurant. Ya’ll can have it! As for there food quality, it lacks thereof just like the attitude.
