Swanton Rexall Drugs

It is the year 2015! Who would think there were pharmacies still around that aren’t handicap accessible! That’s strike one. I’ve never had a pharmacy give me more hassles or have more communication issues than the Swanton Rexall. I am now a proud customer of the pharmacy at Walmart! Where they don’t have supply issues and go the extra mile for their customers! Sweet irony is I feel more like family at the box store than I did at the Rexall. Did I mention they actually withheld depression medication from my clinically depressed paraplegic wife simply because the prescription was changed from capsules to tablets. They told us it wasn’t called in by the doctor when in fact the doctor called the change in right in front of us. Absolutely unacceptable!

The Spaulding family have run this business for several decades, you can see the third generation behind the pharmacy counter. The are personable, friendly, and always make sure to give the time and attention Vermonters expect. A top– notch family businesses like no other!

This pharmacy has been run by the same family for fifty years. It has a good selection of wares, it’s like walking back in time. A nice simple store, not overstuffed like a CVS or Rite Aid.
