This is my favorite ice cream place outside of Italy. This place is so good, lines out the door when it is nice out.
Cash only which is a bummer if you are buying large quantities, (I have for parties) but your guests will love you for serving this to them!
It is a gem in South Jersey but would easily hold its own anywhere.

Just reopened after a several week shut down. They had to expand to accommodate the many customers they serve. Don’t be put off by the line when you get here, it moves pretty fast.

Confession: I am a ice cream junkie. There I said it. I sneak out of the house and say Im going to get the car washed, go to the bank, hit CVS, whatever excuse it takes to make my car to drive by this place. It is totally awesome and so is the ice cream. Oh they don’t open till 3 pm so try not to crave it to early. They sample any flavor you want, and its all fresh and delicious! Get a pint to go and hide that way in the back of the freezer so there is NO sharing!!! Just kidding ;) I take all my out of town guests here so they want to go back the next time they visit. It seems to be working!

Quite possibly the BEST ice cream I have ever had in my life. What’s nice about Latteria is that their ingredients are completely natural and made from local ingredients. All the more reason to order a medium instead of a small! Their flavors change daily and seasonally. They have something for everyone to enjoy, even alcohol infused flavors (bourbon, whiskey, amaretto, etc.) I personally am a pumpkin lover, and their pumpkin ice cream varieties are to die for! If you’re on a quest to become an ice cream connoisseur, hit up Latteria! It will not disappoint!

Unique flavors along with the classics assure that there is something for everyone! The icecream is super fresh and creamy, hands down the best I’ve ever had. The owners and all workers are really friendly and offer tastes if you’d like to try a new flavor.
I’ve never had a flavor I didn’t love here!

BEST ICE CREAM HANDS DOWN. So friendly and the amount of flavors available is insane. I’ve stopped in the past few days… I can’t stop. My favorite is the chocolate hazelnut and the mint chocolate chip! Do yourself a favor, GO GET YOURSELF SOME ICE CREAM.

After my first visit I was not a fan. It was after the store opened and the feel was just very strange.
Recently, I visited again and my mind was changed. The flavors are great, and very unique. The ice cream just has extra flavor and is so fresh. I strongly recommend the product. It is a little different as far as atmosphere is concerned, but what they are serving is unreal. Great work!

Best icecream I have ever had hands down. I think heaven would taste like this if it had a taste. I got salted caramel pretzel and toasted coconut brownie. I cannot tell you which one was better. GET BOTH! I will absolutely be back.

Hands down the best ice cream I have ever eaten. Homemade right in the shop. Great service too, place is clean. Price is a tiny bit more expensive but well worth it. Interesting décor…

Great ice cream, all home made the day of. Limited lactose free ice cream, hopefully changes soon! Definitely recommend. This place is worth it!

I took my daughter in for the first time today and instantly fell in love with the place. We ended up bringing a pint home for my husband. Cozy atmosphere and yummy menu — can’t wait to try some more flavors. The Rice Krispie treat and salted caramel flavors were awesome!!!

There really aren’t enough stars to describe how good this ice cream really is. Let’s start by saying this… It’s hand made, small batch ice cream, with locally sourced ingredients. Add to this, all of the staff is friendly.
Actually that’s all the needs to be said.
Depeding on when you go, the lines can be a little long and there isn’t much space in this place, so it’s not great (depending on the time) to bring a group to have ice cream and hang out.
Also, (good and bad) they have «kiddie» cones for maybe .75 or 1.00, which is AWESOME as I love to just have a little bit and try different flavors. However, the next step up is 4.00, it would be nice if there was something inbetween (not just for kids, but for adults too).
The overall menu options are limited, but they do a decent number of ever changing flavors.
Even if you don’t live in the area, this place is worth the drive. I’m just happy that it’s close.

This is an amazing gem in Swedesboro/​Woolwich township NJ. This is by far the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I live nearby and used to go on a daily basis. Now I try to limit myself to once a month so that I don’t become 500 lbs. the ice cream is made fresh daily. Always new flavors, and some really interesting ones! The place is mainly family run, and they are super nice — even remember your name! The owner has provided a very cute ecclectic bohemian décor that is very charming. when I have guests, I always take them here and everyone loves it. It’s great that Swedesboro has such a nice ice creamery. I hope that other great little restaurants keep popping up in the area.

I consider myself a foodie. And I love desserts, especially ice cream. So I initially went there with my family expecting decent ice cream. Boy was I wrong. This ice cream is seriously THE BEST ice cream I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’ve had ice cream almost directly from a dairy farm in Lancaster PA, and the ice cream here still reigns supreme. They offer a great selection of flavors (they update their website daily which is a nice touch) and it’s available to eat in-​parlor or to go.
The establishment is nicely decorated, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I’m glad they are local to me & my family!

This eclectic and brightly-​lit coffee-​and-​ice cream-​shop is a rare find in the Swedesboro area. Quality products, free samples galore, and sweet staff set this place apart and make it shine in an otherwise mostly bland shopping center.
On a somewhat recent visit, I ordered a root beer float. While it was made with A&W (nothing spectacular, but not bad either), I was surprised when they handed over the can along with the float. It’s not every day that a place gives you the extra root beer! I thought that was a nice touch.

Really good quality ice cream (and that’s coming from a dessert snob) in awesome flavors and a cute, funky, indie (a deer head with a flower crown) atmosphere. It’s an ice cream shoppe crossed with the coffee shop vibe.
I like how the owner has gotten really creative with the décor, some of it I’ve noticed is even done by her.
There are so, so many flavors to choose from on the blackboard, and everything is always fresh. Creamy, rich ice cream made with hormone free milk from family owned farms.
So far, my favorites have been the Nuts & Berries (Frangelico hazelnut liqour & raspberry liquor) and toasted coconut. The cocktail flavors are always exciting.
They also offer tiny ice cream cones for a dollar – perfect for people like me who can’t eat a lot of ice cream at once.
I also wish they had some sort of «mood» lighting for when the sun falls – the place is very, very bright during all hours of operation with plain overhead lighting.
Some mood lighting would bring this place’s looks to top notch.
In the dining wasteland of Swedesboro, I’m so happy to have a quality place like this so close to home. Honestly the best I’ve had in South Jersey,
