This is my favorite place to take my son. They’re great with his food allergy and are always polite, fast and courteous. The food is on par with any other Jimmy Johns, no complaints there, it’s their service to me that puts them above the rest!

I’ve only lived in the area 6 months and in this time I’ve been told they were out of rolls. Other times the rolls were on the stale side. Whoever is the manager needs to be replaced.

Apparently everyone on Unilocal only ever has bad run-ins with restaurants in the area… I personally LOVE this Jimmy John’s. I go in or order a lot for lunch. They are cheap and fast but the quality is still very good. The staff are pretty nice (from what I’ve seen) and not even close to what Luna C., describes. The restaurant itself is pretty small but they make do with that small space pretty well. The decorations are interesting to look at and they always keep the place clean.
Overall: Great place if you like cold subs especially. Much better than Subway, but if you are looking for a good hot sub then I recommend Carmine’s.

I went in with my husband to get a bite to eat. They had many choices for sandwiches, and as we had never been here before we were slightly confused with what «all the dressings» meant. After a little while of discussing it with our cashier, one of the sandwich makers looks at us and says «are you done yet? We have a lot of people waiting» … There was no one behind us.
Very rude staff, not helpful, and not knowledgable about what they are serving.
I will not be going back to this sandwich place. If only we had Quiznos!
