Not coming back here again subway is my favorite food but I rather go somewhere else if the employees are gonna give me attitude, I know I’m picky with my order but come on I didn’t ask for much I order I footlong flatbread bacon egg and cheese and the only thing that I always get in my flatbread is mayo and extra toasted like extra toasted I told the lady b4 she started making it that plz I wanted extra extra toasted and she just roll her eyes at me and when my food came out of the oven I told her again I’m sorry but can I get it more toasted and she kept rolling her eyes this happened like 3 times that I was telling her I wanted extra toasted plz at the end she put the sandwich in the oven and she left, she went to the back of the store I guess she was mad and when my food was ready she send the other guy that it was with her and to finished my order and like I said I only get mayo in my sandwich nothing else i don’t know why she give me me that’s a stupid reason and is not like I’m not gonna pay for the sandwich even tho I don’t get toppings I don’t complain about the price but I think they’re rude cuz the guy. Too when we walking in he didn’t even say hello or good morning i said hello and he didn’t even turn to look at us one more think I also got a cookie and it was so hard to eat I used to worked at subway and we always make fresh cookies every morning the cookie display was empty only with a few cookies

Today was the second time which I’ve received bad/old soup from this Subway. Last time was when they had the chili bean soup, this time it was the chicken noodle. I should have been suspicious of the tiny pieces of noodles(no whole ones to be found) but the sour, rancid taste made it final. Not sure if it’s worth the $ 2.50 to go back and return it. As an aside, I had the 2 soups I had purchased placed in a bag with my sandwich. This is the ONLY Subway I’ve been to who is too cheap to use a second bag for the soups, and I’ve been to dozens of Subways. They also gave me just two packets of saltines and ONE spoon. For two soups. Cheap! I eat Subway about twice a week, but I’ll make sure to avoid this one. You should, too.

I always see commercials for subway. Yes it’s good. Yes it looks even better! Then again that’s on TV. I’d love to see more pictures of what people actually get when they get a sandwich from any subway. Sometimes I get a sandwich with goons of mayo or hardly and veggies of my choice. Then when I ask for«extra» it’s like they get sarcastic and add an abundance. Which doesn’t work either. I don’t want a couple prices of onion or bell pepper but I don’t want a whole onion or bell pepper either. Does anyone else agree? Even though it’s just sandwiches. Why not have pictures for all sandwiches which the customer gets from subway? Let’s add more pictures guys!

I can’t go back to this place again. Two instances of very poor service. One in the past and the most recent one was this morning. I went there after a bad service experience about a year ago. I thought maybe it couldn’t happen again. I was wrong. Employee acted like it was a bother to wait on me and couldn’t handle anything special with the way he was asked to prepare a simple breakfast sandwich. Tossed the meat(yes, tossed!) into the cooler tray. Copped an attitude when he realized what he had made wasn’t the way it was ordered. Very unhappy when he had to go back and do it as requested. This location is on a very busy corner and has a very small parking lot. This means if you can find a space, you grab it. But once inside, it would be more enjoyable to at least have someone greet you with courtesy. They don’t have to say hello, but at a minimum they could ask, in a nice way, what they can get for you and then do it. Not here. It’s more like, here’s your food, now get out. My order was a menu item, not something custom. I have to say, I thought it was me. Thought I might be too sensitive. Then I came here to Unilocal and noticed others have experienced the same poor service. It just doesn’t make any sense to spend money where your business really isn’t wanted. By the way, the employee wore no protective head or hair gear at all. No hat and no net. I notice there’s a Unilocal Review dated 03/18/2013 here with a complaint about hair in the food. This is most likely the reason why. Also, «Mirage K» reviewed on 08/03/2011, indicating«they throw your food around and make faces while working…» which is exactly what happened to me this morning.

This is the only subway restaurant where I am not asked what do I want on my Italian BMT… They keep the restaurant clean and the speed of service well that depends on who is ordering, there’s nothing they can do when customers can’t make up their mind on what they want or how they want it

I’m writing even before i EAT my sandwich; that’s how horrible their service is. I’ve been here many times and it’s the Culture of this Subway. Unhappy workers throwing your food around; the types who make faces while working. In terms of hygiene, they need to address their employees to look presentable when coming to work. It just sucks that this is the closest Subway. I tested to see if it was me or them by saying THANKYOU and all i got was a head nod. with that said, Take Care *head nod* Homey ;)

The food was ok(I had the sweet onion chix teriyaki) and the place is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. There is no restroom and the parking lot is quite cramped.
