Very AVERAGE Service. I’ve lived in Sylmar(Off Hubbard) for the past 13 yrs and only go here our of convenience! Over the years I’ve had ornate buttons on blouses CRUSHED as they press EVERYTHING in their machines. Items with spots, double creases, and very below par alterations. I’ve brought in a $ 90 blouse with a shell and cam back without the shell, A Dress that came back without the sash/belt, and a $ 100 Cashmere sweater that vanished in thin air! They do absolutely NOTHING to try to rectify the situations. I was able to recover the shell but the sweater is gone. As for the dress belt.LOL.The girl brought out a hanger that had about FOURTY«lost» belts and told me to «Pick One»! Really! I’ve started writing down a description of all items dropped off and upon pick up I check off all items on list before I leave. DONOTTAKEFRAGILEITEMSHERE… Take to another place. This place is good for casual wear only!!!

This place is pricey as hell. My pants had double creases. Ill drive a little further next time to find a more decent cleaners place.

They do a good job on dry cleaning but I have some patches on my uniform shirt to be taking off and readjusted the patches. It was the worst job I’ve ever seen, they cut holes in the shirt and tried to cover up the holes with crappy patches. Then the staff has the nerve to say it was like that when the shirt came in. ITWASBRANDNEW!!! No customer service skills at all.
