This is truly a gem in the northeast San Fernando valley. Its food is authentic Mexican. Highly recommended. If you order a whole meat asada burrito that’s what you get without all the fat. They have all your regular Mexican dishes plus you can place your orders by phone.

Stepped into this place not knowing what to expect. Outside is not very inviting. Food is very delicious. Burrito is packed with meat, sopes are giant. The Agua frescas are refreshing and perfect for a hot day. Great little hole in the wall.

I really wanted to love this place. I have friends that have said it’s the best. But I was not a fan of the food at all. Tried the taquitos and tacos. The carne asada was extremely fatty and greasy. The taquitos were kind of burned. The rice was good. The beans… eh. The best thing I had here was the horchata. Don’t think I will go back. But I do know many people that will.

I love this place and I come here at LEAST once a week. The price is good and the quantity they give you when you ask for just meat and not everything on it is hugeee. Definitely worth a try if your in the area

Got here totally hoping that the food was good. I was hungry. I asked about the food and the menu was packed with great choices. I got a burrito de asada That came with a side of chips that has beans over them. Good stuff for sure. I recall my first bite that was packed with flavor. They have good green salsa at this location. I was bummed out that the location is not so close by my place. I recommend this spot to you all. Enjoy!

This spot has taken over as my go to for local tacos. It’s pretty much like any taco shop but what makes it stand out are the Barbacoa tacos, larger and crispy and delicious. A must try if you come here. They hook you up with chips and beans. I really like the al pastor it’s full of flavor. Burritos are solid and packed, they don’t skimp on the meat. The fish tacos are pretty good as well. There’s a few agua frescas, jamaica, horchata and mexican coke to drink. Would give it four stars but the B rating knocks it down one.

Best place for tacos hands down! It’s a tiny place and is not very appealing but the tacos are incredibly delicious and their sauce is the best. My boyfriend and I love this place. They are very generous with the meat placed on the tacos unlike many other restaurants. If you are craving tacos you must give this place a try. Only negative thing is they do not take cards for payment, they have an ATM machine that charges.

Just tried their menudo for the first time and I have to be honest I’m very picky when it comes to menudo. This spot I would recommend to anyone.

I had loved going to this place for about a year now. Loved their papa nachos because it was a great serving for a great price!($ 6.50) it would feed two adult servings and get you full! Their burritos were good too! Huge and and only $ 4.50! But from one week to another the prices went up! Papa nachos are now $ 9.81 and the burritos are almost $ 7! The carne asada is burnt and they are stingy with salsa. Would no longer recommend to anyone!

Where do I start. Well first off I found this place via Unilocal!, I am so surprised the food was so bad. I can believe it. I first came in. At around 9 and. Well needless to say this placed seem to be in a hurry to get out and go home. I was ok still it was a Saturday night. And. Busy so I thought maybe. The food would be good. Well it WASNT and it sucks because I really wanted to like this place since it had so many reviews. Now the. Issue I had the most was the fact that the salsa Bar was dirty and messy. And. If you asked them for salsa they say to get it from the salsa Barr. But I have to say I will not be returning to this place.

Catered my birthday party yesterday and did a terrific job! Great food, easy to work with and everybody was very happy They arrived with their cart and 30 minutes later all our guests were enjoying tacos, burritos, rice, beans and tamales(try the corn tamales). Would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and affordable party. Will definitely hire them again!

Right next to my office — you can never go wrong with the $ 5 burrito — really good and pretty good size. The green sauce is yummy as well! I will definitely be going here again. They also have another shop next to Bank of America on foothill!

I’m surprised at how few reviews many of the businesses in this area getting, I guess my Paisa’s don’t Unilocal, well folks don’t worry Pancho’s here to tell you about Tacos, Good and Bad. Torta de Pierna — Photo is of half the sandwich, for you gabacho’s that are scratching your head right now, Pierna is(Leg Meat) and this is from a nice Piggy, MMmmm so good! and topped with all the goodies, beans, mayo, lettuce, tomato etc. 4.5-Star Tacos — Carne Asada — Nicely grilled and well seasoned, tender and flavorful. 4-Star Al Pastor — Well seasoned, good flavor, nice pieces of caramelized onions… overall good but can’t touch these guys that are not far away! 4-Stars Carnitas — I had a nice mix of white and dark plus a little bit of crispy pieces that were very flavorful. 4-Stars Buche — Dorado… NOW I always ask for my Buche Bien Dorado as I like it crispy not rubbery, they gave me this *(Bottom Left) it was soft and on the rubbery side so I sent it back! Then I got some of the Best Buche I’ve ever had nice and crispy just like Bacon! this is 5-Star Damn Good, BUT… since I had to send it back the first time(Minus 1-Star) 4-Stars Chips con Refritos — If you noticed in the first taco photo they give you a few chips with refried beans that were delicious! Salsa — A real good Salsa Roja y Verde from their Salsa Bar.

I stopped in here for an early lunch. I ordered 4 tacos. 2 al pastor, 2 carnitas. Got them to go. Paid a little over $ 5 and sat and waited. True hole in the wall type joint. No salsa bar, but jalapenos, carrots and such. There were a lot of flies in there, though. More than patrons. Didn’t like that. Over all, it did look pretty clean. Didn’t take much more than 4 or 5 minutes before my tacos were ready. A nice little package that was quite hefty. The nice lady asked if i wanted red or green sauce. One of each please… she gave me two of each. Yay! I headed up to the park and opened up my package. Most places separate the two different meats as if you can’t tell the difference or they might give each other cooties. They put them all together which is smart ‘cuz it keeps them warmer. I tasted the meats before i sauced up. The carnitas were a bit on the dry side, but had great flavor. A little salsa verde and those bad boys were good. But the star of the show here was the al pastor. Sweet, spicy, smokey, juicy. Just delicious. I will definitely return to get some more of their pastor. Very good and well priced.

Decent little hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant. Everything I’ve had there was reasonably priced and tasty. There’s plenty of parking throughout the lot just usually not right in front. This place almost always has a few people in the dining room, sometimes it’s packed which says a lot to me.

This place is my stop for tacos, burritos, tortas! Very friendly, and a big menu to order off of. I tend to call in my orders for pick up, they also have an ATM, you order, they tell you your total, then you use the ATM and boo yah! Al pastor is great, also enjoy there huge nachos, they can feed an army of three! Parking is a lil tight, other then that, I think it’s the best lil Mexican spot in Sylmar!
