I have never been to a bad buffet but this has to be the worst in the world. Their buffet consist of maybe 40 things & maybe 2 were good. The rest was horrible. Even the regular soft drinks were disgusting. & to top it off, they stair as if they’re daring you to try. I cannot make this up. GoodLuck on your experience if you dare Oh, If only there was a «No» option on here

This place is pretty good if you are hungry for various food. I think my experience would have been better if the food hasn’t been out for a while and it the wait staff were not overwhelmed. I do not recommend going on a Sunday, because they were packed after church services.

Owner is RUDE! And the sanitation grade is not great at all. I didn’t know they allowed C ratings to stay open!

Horrid. Almost every meat in the buffet tasted the same. The General Tsau chicken tasted the same as the Pepper beef which tasted the same as the overdone green beans. The egg foo young tasted like a slippery piece of lard and was inedible. The fried chicken was overdone and rubbery. Yuck. Even the chocolate pudding and ice cream were ‘meh’ and I could have done without. The soups were empty and so were the steamed buns, but the 3(count them THREE) guys wandering around the dining room for the 8 or so diners would look into the soup tureens and ignore the fact that they were empty. I took the lid off of the empty steamed buns and they made sure to continue putting the lid back on after making doubly sure that it was empty. The saving graces were the cream cheese crab wontons that greatly benefited from their complete lack of any crab, making them simply yummy cream cheese wontons, and the Chinese donuts were surprisingly good– too bad there were only two left and no one bothered to put any more out once they were gone. All in all, my $ 10 was completely wasted. I should have gone to the Mexican place, which was the only other restaurant open on a Sunday night.

Buffet is pretty good… everything was fresh. Restaurant is clean. Curry noodles are tasty. Mongolian grill in back will season spiciness to taste choice of chicken or pork(or beef for dinner) and lo mein noodle, and 5 – 6 veggies. Owner has been at same location for 20 years.

Pretty lame for lunch. Very little meat on the buffet and what was there was not very good. Way to much money for such low quality food. Never again.

It’s not that I have anything against the Peking Gourmet, per se. I’ll certainly eat whatever you bring me from the place. It’s just that it doesn’t make my list of favorites. Lately, I’ve found myself more and more disillusioned with the«Chinese buffet.» I can never find anything I care about, so I usually stick to sushi and bypass all other opportunities. Peking does not offer sushi(they offer a very dry and sad imitation of a California roll), and therefore doesn’t really have any redeeming qualities. It isn’t especially cheap, either. There just really isn’t any particular reason to visit Peking when there are two other Chinese buffets and one Japanese/sushi place(albeit with terrible service) in the same town.
