Country Side Bowling Lanes

Despite the negative reviews, we had no issues with staff and it we had a nice time here. My only complaint is this, if you see a large family, and they are the only costumers at the moment, don’t play heavy metal maybe, and especially not at full volume. Whomever decided to do this, is probably not the sharpest tool in the shed, or they were simply holding their preferences higher than those of others.

The customer service is really, really bad. The management is poor and it reflects on the attitudes of the employees. Also, they stop serving beer more than an hour and half before they close, I guess so the employees can leave right at closing time? I tried to ask the manager why they did this because it seems bad for business, to which he quickly replied «Well if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else.» I don’t even think I had finished a sentence. It seemed like a well-​practiced line. I was a little shocked at first but then said to my friend next to me that Franklin actually has dollar bowling nights also. As we were leaving the MANAGER was leaning over the counter shouting: «Have fun driving drunk back from Franklin!» Being heckled by an unprofessional and petty manager and cut off after 1 beer isn’t generally how I like to bowl. I can’t decide if I just want to go to Franklin from now on or if I want to challenge myself to be more of a nightmare of a customer each time I go to Country Side.
