Take my advice. Stay away from this shop. Im from sylva and have been a local resident of the area for many years — so I took a few car parts by to get painted. The main guy (Tiny) from the get go did not seem interested in painting the pieces I had. Regardless he quoted me $ 450 for the job and I left him to work. A week later they called me saying they are going to have to «fix» the pieces as there were some runs in the clear coat. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said okay… Some more time passes and they call me to pick my parts up. Btw I live in Atlanta GA currently and solely went to smiths body shop to support sylva’s economy. So i drive the 2 ½ hrs to get there. Tiny was very adamant about me getting there quickly as he didn’t want my parts to get scratched or damaged just sitting around. I found this bizarre. Upon arrival i found out my parts had been blown off of a table and ruined. So they say they will redo it. Fine. Come back in a weeks time to find a far from perfect job. Mention my concern about the flaws in the paint (bubbles, marks, scratches) only to be grilled and threatened by tiny. Also it was my fault they had to do it twice and cost them out of pocket. Stay away from these people. I don’t know how they stay in business! — oh wait, Tiny’s native american and has contract work with insurance companies… Never again. Ended up out of $ 450 plus time and gas to drive twice. He’ll get what he deserves.
