Computer Solutions and Accessories

I have been working with Eldad for 8 months now. I was having problems with my laptop. He built a new desktop for me which is lightning fast. He provides amazing support, going above and beyond what you might expect. He is amazing at providing support remotely, saving you time and money. He even follows up to make sure that everything is working well and that you are satisfied. If you have a question or a problem related to your computer, Give Eldad a call. My computer was acting weird and I really didn’t want to take it to Best Buy ’cause honestly… I just don’t have a whole lotta faith in the geeks over there.
I had to use them once before and I was not impressed. First off you have to schlep the tower there (sure they’ll come to your home but boy oh boy are they going to charge you extra –yes indeedy) so schlep it is. Then you have to try to explain all the problems to the guy you think is going to fix your computer but is actually just taking notes before he brings it to the back. It’s gone for days and you don’t even know if they fixed everything ’cause until you hook it up again it’s all a game of faith.
Anyway when I had trouble this time I remembered seeing a new store in Syosset that did computer repairs so I figured I’d give them a shot.
Wow! Was that ever the best thing I ever did.

Alice (you are brilliant) & Aldid (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong, I forgot to write it down) came to my home and spent hours… HOURS! just working and fiddling and testing and tweaking until they were satisfied that they fixed my machine perfectly.
Aldid (again, apologies if I messed up your name) saw how I was freaking out about my lost bookmarks and he hunkered down and did some kind of computer retrieval magic and got them all back!
How cool is that?!
Fast forward 24 hours and I get a phone call… it’s Aldid calling to make sure everything was OK and assuring me that they will always be just a phone call away if I should ever need them again (of course I’ll need them again, it’s a computer for pete’s sake! they’re designed to fall apart).
Alice meanwhile is telling me that even after I move they can talk me through most repairs so that’s one less thing I have to worry about. Awesome!
I’m embarrassed to admit that I screwed up my own computer but at least they explained to me what I did so I will be very very careful never to do that again.
I gotta tell ya I feel so much better knowing that I finally have my very own computer geeks and what great geeks they are. I feel all powerful!
Oh yeah, their rates are very reasonable too. In store or in home they are totally affordable.
