There are basically two major pizza joints in Syosset, Cousins and Mario’s, and they’re both extremely good, but if you’re not in the mood for the noise and bustle of a main street restaurant, this is the place to go. It’s small, it’s cozy, and for a restaurant sitting right next to the train tracks, it’s pretty quiet actually. And to be fair, locals will swear that Cousins has the better pizza.

Their pizza is not as greasy like Mario pizza. It locate right outside the train station. It is easy to grab a pizza then go home. The price is decent and reasonable. The staff are friendly and welcome. I have ordered pizza from them over 10years.

The pizza is great! This place may have the best pizza crust that I’ve ever tasted. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ve only tried the regular slice and the tomato slice and both were great. My only gripe is that the place is small and parking will be difficult once people find out how great their pizza is. The place doesn’t seem to have a big lunch crowd and the service is fast. I hope that more people check this place out because I would love to see a place with great food be successful in the area. I’ve eaten at this establishment two weeks in a row and I have not been disappointed.

Best Sicilian Pie in LI. Love their chicken roll too. Price is descent and fast and good customer service. I love COUSINS!

Cousin’s used to be a favorite but the quality took a serious nose-dive. Service was always abrupt, but now there’s no good food to make up for it. The tomato sauce taste like a metal can and crust is thick, but not in a chewy or tasty way. It’s just bready. And they jacked up the prices considerably.

Had not tried Cousins Pizza since I moved to Syosset. I read the previous Unilocal reviews so I was not too optimistic going in. I had 2 slices of regular pizza, And it was better than I anticipated. Pizza had a good sauce and was flavorful. The store is on the small side and a bit on the run down side, And there is virtually zero parking which is a huge hassle.

Prices reasonable. People are nice. There are MANYYYY Pizza places in the area so tough competition but I do visit every now and then. They have good overall pizza and good service.

Really liked the plain pizza being that I found it on the thin side with a thin layer of cheese, not oily, warmed to a hot temperature, and the dough really tasty. I was looking for a good pizza place in the area and really glad to have found it! The two guys working in there seem to be nice.

ok while waiting for tre train, i decided to go again and try them out in case my last visit was just a bad day. Well, noone waited on me, noone cared I was standing there, there were flies on the pizza and the guy that eventually came out seemed as though I was bothering him. I got a diet soda and left for my train… Dont waste your hard earned dollar

This pizza is ok. The place has no Italian’s anywhere in sight. It seems a bit run down… for dinner. so stick to Pizza which they do good volume on.

Grew up down the street going to this place for pizza. It’s one of my favorites and I always get it when I go home. Not sure how to describe it since everyone seems to love different pizza places. Pepperoni pizza and spinach wheels are my go to options.

Good pizza, good price! I’ve been going to cousins for years, their slices are medium-large size, never saturated with oil, crust is thin. I love their spinach rolls and pepperoni rolls, unfortunately they usually sellout by 7pm :/. Décor isn’t anything special, however they did redesign a year or so.
