I’ve never been disappointed with my $ 15 haircut. And, when I was — I went back and they corrected my issue for free. Some heads don’t require fancy talent to cut their hair, NOT to say that these haircutters aren’t talented… some are very… The wait is never too long, and when it is, They take a name and I go shopping at King Kullen or next door to grab a slice of pizza. I find this location very convenient, and clean. Excellent for children, I hold my 18 month on my lap and the haircutter was quick and worked with a wiggly baby no sweat. I’m a believer.

I showed Gloria a photo and she gave my a great haircut. Just like the picture. I have thin hair and her cut gave me more volume. Thank you Gloria. I certainly will go back.

My mother started going here a few months back for cut and color and her hair has never looked better. She is a red head and that is a very difficult color to maintain-​Christopher got it right. He also styled her short hair perfectly. On my mother’s recommendation I went for a cut and blow out last night. My hair looks great-​he did exactly what I asked for. The only bad thing is they do not take appointments so you may have to wait.

Always a long wait as they are understaffed, the computer system never works when you’re paying and only 1 person here knows how to cut hair. Don’t even bother with this place.

Upon entry we were immediately greeted by a lovely gal. Chris was available shortly and greeted us and asked what we were interested in. We explained and he obliged. Best hair wash ever with scalp massage. Enviornment clean, towel aesthetically pleasing and clean as well. The store is neat and organized, they have amazing deals on good name hair care products. Costs are reasonable. A must try if you are in the area.

My boyfriend and I came here after an aggravating experience at Supercuts in Plainview. Things started out well. There wasn’t a wait and we were warmly greeted by the staff. We showed the stylist a picture of the haircut we wanted. It was a picture of Ryan Reynolds, basically very short, almost buzzed and long on the top. Not Flock of Seagulls long but considerably longer. We explained it and the stylist said ‘Oh, just a shorter version of what you have.’ I replied ‘no, no, no, short on the sides, leave some length on top.’ I may as well have been talking to myself because she did whatever she wanted. She didn’t listen. I went to the bathroom and when I came out, she was frantically chopping everything away. I told her that wasn’t what we wanted and she patronized me saying ‘I’ve been doing this for 30 years, I know what I’m doing. I have to blend it in.’ That’s not what we wanted, she refused to listen. Paid money for a dorky haircut we specifically didn’t ask for.
