I go here for every oil change because of the convenience. When I go now I have to remind them to please screw my plastic oil cover back on. They leave the screws out of it and the thing falls off while I am driving and drags on the ground under the car. Awful sound. It has happened so many times I have had to go out and buy washers and screws because the plastic dragging on the ground tore the other screws out. Service is good but they seem to be a little lazy putting things back together. They are cheap so I keep going. LOL

Upon arrival I was third in line outside and all 3 bays were being utilized however, they made quick work of the other cars and I was in a service bay in no time.
Jeremy was a great CSR; he took the time to explain the differences in the oils available, and I chose Max Life Next Generation. It is safer for the environment and Jeremy recommended it, as it’s the same price and just as good as the original.
Jeremy informed me that my car had an in cabin air filter and he showed me where it was and how to remove it for future reference.
The team changed my oil, filters, topped off the fluids and had me outta of there in under 15 minutes. Great job and I definitely will be back for my future oil changes.

Saturday team is smooth, work fast, and made the wait short despite the long line. Not pushy about services, but informative in recommendations for car care. Certainly would return.

I was in Syracuse from out of town and realized I desperately needed an oil change before the road trip home. I was able to get in right away, and the entire team was courteous, took the time to explain my options, topped off my tire pressure and fluids and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Oh, and everyone was very personable and friendly!

Nice location. I had called to have my car serviced and they waited for us to get there as they were closing soon. We chose the Green oil option. Happy to help our planet. Service was fast and staff vey friendly, professional and helpful. We will be back.
