On 5÷28÷15 I had a tune up for my 2013 Specialized CrossTrail. As usual they did a pretty good job. I also needed both brakes, 2 cables, and a kickstand. I thought that maybe I could use a chain and cassette but they said it was okay. It’s very nice that they were honest as they could have easily sold me those parts. I did have some issues with the lower gears, but I just came back and they did the necessary adjustments. Prices are on par with the other professional bike shops in the area. This is my go to bike shop (particularly after a great experience in 2014 — that review will posted soon). And I do a lot of riding.

Got a great Giant hybrid bike for cheaper than other places. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knew what they were talking about. Very good selection and service, would recommend!

Stopped in to buy a pair of shoes in a fairly common size, but found the selection to be very sparse in my size. The choices were all entry-​level shoes from one brand. Although the salesperson had nicer shoes available, they were all in sizes at either extreme of the spectrum.
Went to the «other shop» not more than a km away and had a much better experience. I might try this shop another time, but I can’t give my endorsement now.

Brought in a bike to get a flat tire fixed and they were really great. Explained everything as he gave the bike a once over and suggested some inexpensive repairs. It was done quick and on time. It wasn’t that great a bike (the shop is full of high end bikes of course) but they weren’t snobby about fixing someone’s knock around bike. Reasonable prices.

Best bike shop in Syracuse. Whatever you want they either have it or can get it. Road bikes, downhill, commuter, family stuff. Sales & repairs. No assclowns working here either, everyone knows what they’re talking about and won’t bullshit you just to get a sale.
