0 stars for a particular sales associate and 3 ½ stars for the other associates and the store itself. Everyone we encountered in the store was fine, not overly friendly but pleasant enough with one exception. I’m on vacation and did not want to waste my group’s time complaining to a manager about this associate’s immature, unprofessional behavior. Right when we asked for a fitting room, there was no greeting or even a smile. I noticed this but that’s fine, not a big deal. What did it was when my sister handed her the clothes she didn’t want after trying them on and Van (the sales associate) gave an exaggerated huge sigh. That was ridiculous, I’ve never encountered such an immature response to having to do a simple job as putting two shirts in a pile. Hopefully the manager fixes this attitude problem to avoid future complaints as I’m sure there will be.
