Took my nephews here over the weekend. Pizza was eh. Rat seemed to be vulnerable to attacks from behind when adjusting its mask. If I was a 8 year old brat, I would capitalize on this opportunity. Take the rat hostage and demand tickets in return.

I went there this past Sunday with my husband, son, and daughter around lunch time to celebrate my son’s birthday. Not a party, just the 4 of us. The place was a zoo. There must have been 3 or 4 other parties going on while we were there. Like the other reviewer said, unsupervised kids. Everywhere. One older kid ran into me real hard and kept on going. Unsupervised kids were riding the toys incorrectly in a dangerous manner(where you shouldn’t be sitting/hanging off of) near other littler kids. Many kids were barefoot. The lady at the register was really not nice. You could tell she hated her job. Unfortunately I had to go back up to her and ask for a salad tray since she didn’t give me one and she didn’t even respond when I asked her politely for one. Just handed me one without even looking at me. The salad bar looked fine, but I quickly lost my appetite. While I was getting my salad, two kids ran past the salad bar and reached into it! One grabbed for the wrapped crackers, but the other one grabbed at the croutons with their hand. Yuck! At least 3 of the games had issues with them. Took coins, but didn’t start the game or the touch screen didn’t work on one where you try to hit the animation with the balls. The employee who you notify of the issues was nice. The 1 pizza we ordered took 45 minutes to get to our table which the not so nice cashier told us would be at our table in a few minutes. I knew it wasn’t going to be that fast, but you shouldn’t say that either. Go on a weekday. We’ve had better experiences then.
