A vegetarian gyro can be a horrible experience but not here. Friendly folks grilling up some good for and with aspirations to work hard and be creative. Mark it, this place will be something someday. But for now, head over, grab a Gyro and enjoy.

I visited this joint today. One of the two dudes chilling(per Bro H’s review) is the owner. The other dude is helping his friend in his friend’s new venture. The other dude told me all the about the owner dude’s plan to remodel and for expansion. I ordered a sandwich with beef and portebello and one with chicken. As I was waiting, there was a man who looked like the young Randy Newman playing the keyboard and singing. I could not figure out the genre of his music but I have to say it was quite entertaining. The cashier girl was dancing on the other side of the parking lot. They all seemed pretty happy. The sandwich was really good. The portebello really added a great deal to a traditional gyro sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and there seemed to have been a balsamic reduction added to the traditional tzatziki sauce(rich and garlicky). My friend liked her chicken gyro as well. The menu is really small — not necessarily a bad thing. But I wish I would see options such as platters, etc. I will definitely go back again.

This is two dudes chilling in a parking lot with a trailer full of wood and a cooler full of ingredients, but they are making magic. It’s only open Weds-Friday for lunch, but it’s worth figuring out how to get there. God damn, shit is good.
