Fish Cove

Absolutely delicious seafood in a friendly atmosphere. They have some home made sauces that will blow your mind. The staff were great to me and I can’t wait to go here again next time I drive thru the Cuse!

I love this place. It’s an old-​school neighborhood restaurant/​bar with all the charm that you’ll never see in any chain. Is it a dive? Maybe. That said, the food is delicious, the portions and prices are fair, and the atmosphere warms my heart– Panelling, taxidermied fish all over, etc.

I love this place! I was in town for the weekend and got food from here twice. Their seafood to breading ratio is on point. Everything is fried BEAUTIFULLY, Haddock sandwich — yum. Clam roll — delicious. But my favorite is their fried oysters. Don’t skimp out — get at least half a pound per person cuz this stuff is amazeballs. The oysters taste so fresh it’s as if they were shucked only minutes before hitting the oil. They are fried to perfection and pair extremely well with the bang bang sauce… or even just by themselves. Can’t wait to come back and eat there again =)

Best fish on the plannet, hands down. This is a good judge of how good the food is, I used to work there (when it was still owned by the previous owner, its a new independant owner now, just the N Syracuse store though) and I still eat there, food is absolutely amazing.
They have everything that you could ever want as long as you want fish, if they dont have it they can even order it for you for the next time! An ever so basic and to the point setup, you walk in the door, you order, you get your food and then you pay, and then you leave, doesnt get much easier than that. I have had fish from all of the other local guys, and in comparrison they just fail to even come close to meeting up to the giant standard that is set here.
Prices are all reasonable, keeping in mind that some seafood is expensive, and they arent selling you 55 – 75 count shrimp here, so dont expect it to be like shopping at aldi’s but dont expect to pay more than what youre getting is worth. I have never felt like I paid too much for anything here.
