Frameology Optical

Frameology is great! Stacy has such unique, beautiful frames and is so kind and helpful. I found more frames that I like here than I have at any other eyewear store in the area. I highly recommend her shop.

Stacy Murphy helped me at Frameology Optical and did a great job! Very friendly, enthusiastic and knows her job very well. She discussed the merits of various frames and lenses with me and gave me some really solid recommendations.
They are the local Robert Marc dealer, and stock a good variety of other higher end frames, while carrying Ray-​Ban and a few other fashion lines as well.
Definitely recommended if you’re shopping for prescription eyewear.

Honest, kind business that puts customers first. I’m new to the whole sunglasses thing. I bought my first *good* pair on Amazon that’s not from Walmart or some generic brand, and I was worried the size was too big. I called them up, a lady asked me to come to the store and she said she’d give me an opinion. And so I did! I showed up and compare the sunglasses I have to the smaller version they have in stock. She immediately openly admitted that the one I have was already good. And to top that, she offers to adjust my sunglasses to help me fit my face better because of how they sit on my nose bridge for free.
Let me re-​state this for you. A store helps a stranger who bought a product elsewhere, tells the stranger that the one he has fits better than the one she has in store, and adjusts them. No questions, nothing.
This is the kind of businesses that Syracuse needs, especially with a new cohort of students coming in a month.
