Not sure if they’re permanently closed, but they’ve suddenly shuttered the doors with no sign, and peeking in reveals they’ve removed pretty much everything that wasn’t nailed down. Could be a renovation, but I would expect a sign if that were the case.

Excellent fresh food and service. I was able to customize my order and when they accidentally gave me clam chowder instead of their amazing mac and cheese, they gave me two bowls of mac and cheese to apologize. All around great place to grab a delicious lunch. Thanks guys!

Had a couple hours to kill in the morning while in Syracuse and wanted a casual sit down place so I could read. This was the closest place and open at 0700, mostly Starbucks and quick coffee places seem to be open this early. A small selection of pastries or a breakfast plate on the menu. Breakfast platter is a steal at only $ 3.99. Two eggs, home fried potatoes and two slices of toast. But a side of bacon(2 pieces) or sausage will cost you an additional $ 2.49. Perhaps they’re convincing people to eat healthier? Ordered a chai tea latte as well. It’s OK but not the best you’ll find around. Overall seems like a nice casual space you can sit down and talk and grab a cheap but good breakfast.

Wow how disappointing! Decided to take my family here for lunch, and that place is anything but good! Décor is nice, food presentation is on; however the quality of food is beyond disgusting! Mac-n-cheese was the worst ever, the chicken was bland and tasted more like 3 day old boiled chicken! Save yourself the trouble and find a different eatery downtown…

Always great service and excellent food. Love dining outside. Salads are so good & fresh. Breakfast is as good as lunch.

Members of the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The décor was clean and modern(I wish it had been warmer outside so we could have enjoyed one of the many tables set up along the sidewalk). My mixed field greens with chicken salad was delicious, as was my husband’s ham off the bone sandwich. Downtown is fortunate to have Jolime as a dining option.

New location Downtown. Friendly staff and good food. I prefer cold sandwiches as the Athena I tried was a hot mess. I ate it, but not enjoyed it as I wanted to. The Oven Smoked Turkey one with honey mayo was really good. Clam chowder is my favorite and I enjoyed the first time. Last time it looked reheated and not a fresh color or taste. Pastries are excellent. Apple turnover and other ones we have tried were really good. Service is excellent and the girls are friendly. The guys behind the counter are nice as well. Breakfast was good and we loved the coffee. We will be back to try other things from menu.

At the brand new location opposite my office building. They did a great job! Line is long but goes fast. The mushroom goat cheese quiche was delish.

I’ve loved their original location and am so excited that they’ll be closer now. Based on what I’ve had, I expect more delicious fresh food such as baked breakfast goods, savory sandwiches and specialty pizzas, delectable dessert treats, as well as a wonderful bright space, well appointed with clear attention to detail. Good both for quick or leisurely — European-style, people watching by the huge windows or sitting outside in nice weather — lunch/brunch, to bring your kids or office mates to, or even for a cute low-key daytime date with your significant other.
