Nice service. Everyone was nice. But it’s too pricy. I did a eyes exam, got a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sun glasses, they costed me over 800 bucks (after 40 percent discount)

I came here because I saw them gave my girlfriend great service a couple months ago – unfortunately did not receive good service here at all. Granted I was 15 minutes late because I got lost trying to find them again in the mall, but when I came the two gentlemen with glasses that waited on me were extremely rude and took the next appointment in before me despite the fact that he was not even ready to go back yet and I had already filled out my paperwork at home. However, there was a blonde woman with glasses who was very helpful and my friend had great service from the young dark brunette woman with glasses. Stay away from the two gentlemen and the medium brunette woman with highlights (who I heard being snippy with another customer) and you will probably get great service.

Not a fan running 20 to 30 mins late not word from the people working out front generally a pia and if had different insurance I wouldn’t go here

I am a repeat customer and the Dr I had this time was much better than the previous one. The shop is nicely kept and well organized, and I like being able to walk in if I wanted to. Dr. Mark was a genuinely nice guy and made my appt go by smoothly while
the Ladies in the office were kind and considerate when answering my questions about contact lenses. Their selection of safety glasses wasnt very big but I did manage to find a nice pair.
I look forward to a return visit, especially to see the lovely ladies… Meow!

They’re nice when they’re trying to make a sale. When you come in for adjustments or a defect in the glasses forget about it. I pai close to $ 500 for a pair of Burberry glasses, the Burberry sides fell apart. This is the second time it’s happened. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes in an empty store.
