Just when I think McDonald’s isn’t too bad, something happens where I vow I will stay away for another year. My wife and I both had grilled chicken choices, me a sandwich w/​lettuce tomato bacon (omg) etc on what they try to pass off as a healthier, but fall-​apart roll; and her’s a grilled chicken wrap.
Independently, we both commented of the blandness and unnatural taste of the chicken product (pressed, fluid-​filled, or what?) and the construction of the sandwich that could not possibly conceal the main ingredient. If I am forced by hunger to a Thruway rest stop, I’ll go to ANY other option!

The McDonalds at the Dewitt Travel Plaza on the New York Throughway. Standard Mcdonalds fare with quick service on a busy Sunday night drive back from Niagara Falls. They also have a convenient drive thru option
