So gross… The chicken consisted of little shredded pieces. I get that its cheap, but honestly even mall food-court Chinese food is way better for the same price.

Not a fan. Food on the buffet was neither fresh, nor yummy. I’m admittedly not a Chinese food lover anyway, so this was a let down of larger proportions than my usual Chinese food experience. The price was right and I think the 2 of us ate endless lack-luster Chinese food for less than $ 15 with drinks, so no complaints there… just not great food.

We went for lunch on Labor Day. Mediocre food, atmosphere, prices, etc. Good service. We lucked out today, the parking lot was not full of tour busses.

Please go somewhere else, anywhere is better than here. I’m not sure how they pass health inspections. The most absolute worst buffer ever. I’m not a huge fan of buffets to begin with bit sometimes you just need to eat quick. The Mongolian part would have been nice but the little bit of meat that was out was defrosted. The majority of the food was cold and hard. They were out of most everything.

50⁄50 @ best. Timing is everything with this place. if u get there when they’re putting things out fresh the place is fantastic. if you give their late and things have been sitting out all night the place isn’t worth leaving the house for. Best thing this restaurant offers is the Mongolian barbeque. every time I go here I go for the Mongolian bbq. Just keep ordering from the Mongolian BBQ and you’ll have a great time. Easy location to find. parking is limited when you’re busy however there is a shopping plaza next door you can also park in.

It’s a chinese buffet, don’t go expecting this to be Ichiban. The food is decent if you can get there when they are putting it out fresh. The real draw here is the mongolian bar. You get to pick from a cold bar of veggies, meats, and noodles then mix and match sauces, and they cook your personal combo fresh for you. We also have good service, and they are very understanding when we bring our 11 month old son(if you don’t have kids, they are a serious mess when learning how to eat). It’s a great stop for lunch, especially if you don’t want to get stuck sitting too long.

When this place it was great, but over the last 10 years or so it’s just headed in one direction, and that hasn’t been good. Most of the buffet is cold and during non peak times. The place has just been remodeled and it looks nice, just wish the food was fresh snd hot. They always have coupons and if you go at prime lunch our dinner when the good is being replaced regularly it’s ok

This was so bad I am actually still sitting in the place to write this, as I did not want the disgust to wear off. Anything that was supposed to be hot was cold and cold was warm. The sushi appeared to be pre-chewed. The unsweetened iced tea was their hot tea, with ic cubes… as you can imagine, not very icey! The only thing I ended up eating was the steamed broccoli and green beans… again, cold. I recommend going to Mexico for a better Chinese food experience!

I took my parents here. The food was cold, the orange chicken had been sitting so long it was hard and nasty. I waited 45 minutes for them to fill their fried dumplings. Not a very good experience. I have gone to about 6 chinese buffets in Syracuse and this one is the worst of them all. If you want fresh food DONOTGOHERE. You can regonize it by the fact 80% of the letters in the sign on their building are blown and it looks like a shitty warehouse.

Went for lunch, was amazed how good the food was and found the price to be really cheap. I think lunch was like 8.50, and my dumplings were really good.

Let’s start out pointing something. Ling Ling in North Syracuse is not the Ling Ling from downtown. Notice the address says Syracuse, not North Syracuse? Two different places about 8 miles apart. Bad Sign… literally A BADSIGN. It’s a large lit up sign, and 2/3rds of the letters are not illuminated. I imeadatly thought of Trump Casino that also was about to go out of business and their sign being half illuminated. The food was… OK. I’ve ate at at least 10 better buffets in Syracuse. Maybe it’s the times, but the food was cheap and the crab legs? I took one look at these tiny things and said«isn’t there a size limit where you legally have to throw them back?» These were literally babies! One good thing, the waitresses are literally there like a rocket the moment they sense you’re done with your plate. Very attentive for a buffet. It’s a I’ll stop if I’m driving by and starving type, not a drive out of my way to goer.

My experience at this place is awful. After taking a bite of my fried dumpling mid-meal, my husband who is sitting beside me said he smelled something rotten. Upon further investigation, which includes smelling each food on our plates, we found it was the dumplings. Here’s to hoping me, my husband, and my mother in law won’t get THAT sick. And to top it all off, my husband’s(who smelled the rotten dumpling) didn’t have a fortune in his fortune cookies.

The worst buffet I have ever been to! My parents drove me up to Syracuse on a Saturday night and we didn’t know what to eat so I suggested a buffet. I looked it up on my phone and saw the number of stars for each buffet. New Ling Ling had the most stars out of the other buffets so I’m like, «Le’s go there!» I was so excited to go there! It wasn’t crowded so we got seated immediately! As I walked around the buffet, I was disappointed. There was barely any food and they did not refill any of the food despite the fact that it was empty after several scoops. I was excited for the sushi because that’s my favorite thing to get at buffets but the sushi was truly a disappointment. It was so far from fresh– the avocado was almost entirely black. The sushi came in small pieces and you could literally sense it wasn’t fresh. In addition, there was no one there making the sushi. The California roll ran out for a long time and no one cared about it– the employees didn’t even take a glance at it. Most importantly, this buffet not only lacked variety but the food just wasn’t good. It lacked flavor and freshness. I won’t be coming back!

A solid Chinese buffet joint with standard takeout type dishes, well made and constantly replenished. There was a good crowd even on a weeknight. Great Mongolian barbecue station, which Dad tried and really liked. I appreciated that they labeled vegetarian dishes, though I’m not sure whether«vegetarian» in this case means it’s not made with any meat or fish ingredients, or just doesn’t have large chunks of meat in it.

If this didn’t have a Mongolian grill, I’d give it three stars, because it’s your average crappy Chinese buffet, but having a Mongolian grill with no pancakes is ridiculous, and the cook seemed incapable of cooking multiple meals at once, which was weird

Wow, this place was a surprise. A Chinese buffet in the middle of upstate NY… and it wasn’t bad. In fact, it was pretty good. It had the standard fare of noodles, fried fish, chicken as many ways as you can think, BBQ meat, stir fried veggies, a salad bar, dessert bar, sushi(rolls), and a Mongolian BBQ. The food puts it at around a 3.25 star venue. What really made the extra star was the $ 11 price tag which included fountain drinks, tax and tip. So, this is a value venue, but the food is still pretty good, especially the Mongolian BBQ.

Have gone here a few times with both family and friends, since I live locally. The place is always packed, but I’ve never had to wait for a table either. Really varied traditional Chinese(and some American) offerings on the buffet. Will also do made-to-order dishes at no additional cost.

I went here during a tour to Niagara Fall; it’s about a ~2.5 hour drive from this buffet. The food quality was ok and I had to rush through my meal due to my tour guide giving us only 45 minutes to eat. Other than that, it was enjoyable. They had mostly Chinese dishes and it’s pretty standard from what you get from other Chinese buffets. They had ice cream scoops which is pretty rare for a buffet. They have a total of around 40 – 50 items to choose from. The sushi is decent, quality is ok. P.S: It’s 14 $ for Dinner(Tax/Tip) Included in the price already.
