I was in a bind because Harris closed for three days so I dropped my bedding before leaving for vacation. I picked it up today and NOTHING even seems clean! Forget that they dragged it across the floor and picked up a load of dust, it was never cleaned in my opinion. The woman at the counter made no attempts of apology, but was accusatory and kept starting they were laundered «however the tag said». Really? Tell me. Did it say «fold and then drag on the floor?» If so PERFECT! What the F! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! On top of this while I was inspecting the comforters the woman took my CC which I had laid by my wallet on the counter and RAN THE $ 82 charge. Obviously she knew I was unhappy and wanted to make sure she made the sale: thee owner eventually agreed to refund half the cost which was at least not a super expensive mistake but expensive enough to STING!

I went here as I was new in town several months ago and it looked like it was one of the larger places, but still family owned, so why not give it a try.
I’ve had issues with them since the beginning. They don’t follow directions at all on what is asked for dry cleaning vs. laundering.
Also, they are dishonest. I brought in a coat for cleaning before winter got here and had left a pair of gloves in it, and they claimed they were never there. Well I’m sure they weren’t b/​c they were fur lined, so why wouldn’t their staff or managers steal the gloves. I will not be returning to them ever again.
