Very positive in terms of friendliness and patient concerns. However, I now know how the unbelievably crappy and unhelpful U.S. health service works, (unlike Europe) so I give it a 4 in terms of general helpfulness and compassion but let’s see what happens? Watch this space for new developments.

Dropped me on the table while under. Gave me a concussion. Migranes and vomiting for 5 days. Doctor finally admitted I had a concussion. Nice nurse gave me I’ve. Can’t even go, into the other problems w hysterectomy too gruesome. Other doctors asked why I’d have surgery at Upstate? You’ve got good health insurance.

Not interested in patient care. A resident was told by his attending to change the chart on a pediatric patient to reflect something that should have been done but was not done. Super high infection rate, but changed the criteria so that the rate would not include all infections. Nurse to patient ratio is too high. Go to Rochester for health care.

I waited with my 8 month old son for 4 hours in the waiting room! Once we were put in a room we were treated and released within 30 minutes. The hospital itself was very dirty! I was so afraid of my son leaving there with something worse than an ear infection! If you go to this hospital, make sure to wear a mask and bring your own hand sanitizer!
