Cvs Pharmacy

Unfortunately, I must update my review of this location and not for the better. I have been a loyal customer to CVS and was happy to find a location so conveniently located to us when we relocated here. The customer service used to exceed expectations and the pharmacists would go above and beyond. However, something or someone has changed and the pharmacy department has declined in it customer service. My most recent experience was so bad I actually left the store on the verge of tears and was compelled to call the corporate 800 number to give feedback. I find the discriminatory manner of this pharmacy staff to be deplorable and my family’s prescriptions will be transferred and we will not go to this location again. The store portion of this location has also lost it’s happy to help demeanor and the staff seems put out to help a customer with a simple question. If this is how CVS is going to continue to allow their team members to treat patrons then this loyal customer will send her business elsewhere.
