I went to a Sunday night class which was a mixed vinyasa/vin class. The instructor was nice, the class was pleasant not super intense or anything. I’m used to practicing heated power vinyasa but this class felt nice and took out the travel kinks from our two day drive. They have mats you can borrow for free and we got a short neck massage. while holding a long pigeon pose:) ok u have to amend my review a bit. I attended a class in Wednesday morning that was possibly one of the worst yoga classes I’ve ever been to. The instructor had a yoga manual she was flipping through the entire time trying to decide what to do next. The class was supposed to be a flow class but there was no flow. It was choppy and disjointed and we repeated the same leg four times because she seemed to lose track of where we were. I hate to review the studio badly since the class on Sunday was very nice, but wow!

I’m not sure why the address is listed as Tabernash, but I attended a yoga class at this studio with the same name and phone number in Winter Park last night. It was a little hard to find, tucked away in the upper courtyard of the Winter Park Station. My bf and I arrived 20 minutes before class and had to wait outside for the instructor to arrive. Thank goodness another couple were waiting and informed us that the instructor tends to show up 15 minutes before class. The students that started piling in once the door opened all seemed very friendly, as well as the instructor. This must be one of the few studios that doesn’t use the MindBodyOnline system for signing-in students. Instead, they had a binder with a sign-in sheet, so the process of signing-in and paying for our class seemed a little disorganized. Nonetheless, it was pretty affordable at $ 12 for a drop-in class. Again, no new student special so that’s a big no-no for me. The class itself was decent, but not great. Not sure if the instructor was fairly new, because she practiced with the class, instead of walking around to adjust students during class. Some of the sequencing felt a little out of order to me, when we were doing certain poses earlier on, before our bodies were warmed up. Overall though, the instructor was very sweet and seemed to really care about her students, which is what really matters. She even brought treats for the class in preparation for Valentine’s day.
