Only because the manager finally intervened, otherwise would be a 1 star rating. Booked online for a Sat 8−10am pickup. Got an email confirmation saying they would call 15 min prior to the window. Nothing seen or heard by 10am. Called customer service who contacted driver. Driver called me at 10:15am to say that I was never on route and they might be able to get me Sunday. I expressed frustration and was told manager would call. Waited 20 minutes and heard nothing. Called customer service. She checked with driver and got same story I had been given. She eventually figured out that somebody manually double-booked a set of pickups in an area that made it impossible for them to get to me. She had no explanation as everything I did through the website matched what she saw for availability. I told her I had wasted a good part of my day and expected a serious discount. Driver showed up and quoted me same rate as my online promo code. I said this was unacceptable and expected some compensation for all the wasted time and misinformation. He said he was not authorized to do anything more. I told him he could either call and get authorization or leave and I’d slam them on a rating and go with another company. Eventually he offered a greater discount, but still not even half off. I sent them away and called customer service telling them they needed a better answer. Got a call from the franchise owner. Gave him a recap. We went back and forth a bit, but he eventually agreed to a significant discount, apologized for the problems, and they came and hauled it away.

I called this company based on their great Unilocal reviews and also the fact that there was a Unilocal coupon($ 100 voucher for $ 50). I called the company and set up an appointment. The guys who showed up were friendly and polite. They asked about the voucher right away. I showed them what I had to be hauled away, and they explained what they could and couldn’t take, and how the pricing worked. They worked efficiently and my junk was gone. The process couldn’t have been smoother. I will definitely call them again as I do further home renovations.

I was able to make a reservation quickly and easily on the internet. I was able to book for next day service. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, was very helpful, very friendly.

Incredibly easy to use — called the number on a Sunday afternoon, set up and appointment for Monday morning(they apologized for not having an immediate appointment available!). The guys came out, quoted my pile and hauled it away in minutes. I used the Unilocal deal for some money off. My only issue is that it is quite expensive, but I was willing to pay for the convenience.

Excellent service from Rob & Royce. They took away a couch, love seat, 2 tv’s, book shelf, and a bunch of other stuff. I am so glad to have my junk gone and I will be using 1−800-GOT-JUNK again. Great business, use them!
