Bella Capelli is by far my favorite place to get my hair done. Rachel is friendly, quick, and does an amazing job everytime. You will never leave her salon feeling disappointed. And the best part about all of it is the price. She is beyond reasonable. I went with a friend to another salon, and couldn’t believe what other places charge for the same services Rachel offers. Would I reccomend Bella Capelli to friends, family or strangers? Absolutely!
