soo friendly but it made me anxious lol! when i went in because i lost a piece to my ear buds she walked off, gave me new ones and didnt charge me a cent! thanks! update: i lost the earbuds lol! i will be coming in to buy new ones soon!

Was here to find a replacement cord for my Bluetooth wireless over the ear headphones(my most valued material object. much like a security blanket) and had unfortunately lost the bluetooth reciever for the headphones on a hiking expedition… but didn’t expect to have a replacement for… walked into the store with what remained of the headphones and explained my distress and because it was within the 1 year she replaced everything… for free. I was so overjoyed. Great customer service! Thanks Nikkie!

I bought the new Bose Soundlink II(or that’s what i thought it was) until i got home and saw that the sales person«mistakenly» sold me Bose Soundlink(older version). I had to go back the next day to exchange the speakers, driving only 60 miles to and fro. Other than that, i love Bose speakers!

I just purchased a new updated 5 speaker system. Not that I needed it but Bose does not have updates — you have to start over — completely — when you need an update. Our system was 7 years old and functioned as good as it did initially but since we purchased a new TV, we could not connect correctly with the Bose. Speakers and other items were still fine but Bose has you replace it all — for a pretty penny. I will give the store employees and manager a 5 star rating. They were helpful, understanding and patient with my ramblings. As I explained to them, I could probably get a better system(my opinion) for the money but my wife wants white small speakers — which they have — and mounted on free standing stands. Our set up has two speakers not near any wall. So with those requirements we purchased the system. The reason they did not get the 5 stars is because they lost one each for: –I decided to pay by check but it was rejected by their approval company called Telecheck. No explanation — just rejected. I called their office later and was told that, «Although I had way more than enough to cover the check, my credit is excellent — I don’t write enough checks.» I asked how many do I need to write and they said, «We will let you know when you do». Why would Bose subject their customers to this?
–They set me up with a home visit from their installer which I was not sure if I needed since the one thing about the system is it is very easy to install and sets itself up — which I have done — but since it was offered why not. They did not call for an appointment for a few days so I am thinking — why would I buy the system and want to wait over a week to have it installed. Seems like they need to shorten up the time.
