Update: Sandy just called to schedule my appointment and this was a much more pleasant experience! I am significantly less apprehensive and actually looking forward to my appointment so there is some sort of resolution and path forward. Previous: I have not actually seen the doctor yet, but my experience with Jennae in the front office was less than stellar. I understand that there are processes, but the negativity and attitude exuded made me feel like I was doing something wrong by trying to make an appointment even though my insurance allows for self referrals and there was a referral en route. There were no suggestions for alternatives and where other facilities have actually followed up and requested a copy of the referral that was sent, there was no initiative to do so here. I am now apprehensive and a touch defensive before I have even been«approved» to been seen and this is for a second opinion even.
