This is an amazing store… Love the people and how well they know everything about there product. The have the best customer service and are always helpful. She has the best eye to put items together. If you need anything for you home or a great gift, this is the place…

Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong for full design services (i.e. thousands of dollars.) Paid invoices immediately for time sensitive rugs and furniture but she failed to order items at all blaming the manufacturer for delay. Dash & Albert rugs ship in 48 hours, 30 day returns, no shipping and no tax. Ordering online is less expensive, you get the rugs faster and 30– refund policy. Cindy refused to take anything back at all, claiming custom orders can’t be returned — however all rugs are standard sizes and shipped immediately. These rugs were «sold» hard and one had been sitting in store, yet refused to take it back without threatening legal action. Furniture was damaged in delivery and she took no responsibility whatsoever and tried to have me work with the shipping company directly. Design recommendations were based on the handful of online stores and manufacturers she makes the most money, not based on client lifestyle, budget or taste. Furniture was not ordered correctly, way overpriced and not even to specifications. The entire ordeal was so egregious it doesn’t seem possible someone would treat a high paying customer so poorly. Cute store if you are buying a candle or a pillow, just don’t expect to take anything back… and definitely not a professional designer.

Evolve is the perfect mix of quirky, cute, and Pinterest-​perfect. You can pick up the ideal gift for anyone– even the men in your life– and a delightful little space that adds a hint of whimsy to your day. Constantly stocked with the best candles, it’s a stop-​off for the pleasant aroma lovers of Tacoma :)

This little shop is adorable. All of my favorite things… Candles! Clothes! Home décor! The ladies working there were very friendly while I was in the shop, informative but not pushy. Cutest tops and dresses too. Cliché boutique pricing but you can tell the garments are really high quality and will stand the test of time.
I can tell I’ll be back to buy gifts or pretty things for myself!

I finally made a trip to this store after finding and following them on social media. There stuff is SUPER cute but I was really underwhelmed by their selection and variety. Good job on your social media game. Love your style, but give me more.

everything at evolve is so gorgeous! I probably spent an hour just wandering around in circles, making lists in my head for Mother’s Day, my birthday, etc, and the staff is very sweet and knowledgable. the girl who was there when I was answered a ton of my questions about the paint they carry and gave me suggestions on what to use it for. I had my 2 year old son with me and he was worrying me the whole time, (what will he break?!) and I think most store employees would look at me like «GET your kid OUT OF HERE!» but they were really kind about it and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. that being said, maybe don’t bring toddlers in here. there is a lot of cute colorful stuff that they will insist on carrying around and rearranging. I plan to be back really soon, child free, to start checking things off my list!

Cute store but poor customer service. A few days outside their return policy and they wouldn’t take back an unused item, even for store credit. They’re not willing to help or work with customer. Needless to say won’t be going back.

Update: chalk paint and supplies are always in stock. This is absolutely one of my favorite stores in Tacoma. I highly recommend checking them out!
