2−13−16 after all the raffles were concluded for AJ4 the rest were sold to the general public which resulted in a line that reach out of the store. Waited patiently as it is the norm when purchasing such shoes. The person in front just began to be service/purchase however another employee began to work a second register for purchase, that employee overlooked me and ask the person behind me to be helped. Im guessing she wanted that person to get those jordan over me. Probably because it was her people and im not of her race… idk. i voice my complaint to a fellow coworker and she gave me the eye the whole time which i dont understand since she caused the problem. I guess my complaint is that the particular employee showed favoritism towards another customer. Wont be shopping at this finishline again even though convenient for me. Use to buy jordans and nike air max but now i dont feel right going in there and sure dont want to partonize an establishment that dont appreciate customers. Taking my business next door.

This review is in conjunction with the UPS in Fife. Terrible experience. The kid that sold me the shoes said I should receive them in about 5 days… it took almost 2 weeks –_– they didn’t know where my package was, UPS didn’t know where my package was… eventually it got shipped to USPS(without my knowledge) and I finally received my shoes. Never going there again. Lame.

We came in to purchase a pair of Griffeys. They were fast and efficient. Not only did they have the shoe they were $ 30 cheaper which was a bonus. It made are trip in enjoyable and easy thank you.

always find it tough to review shoe joints… there isn’t much to really differentiate one from another. I’m no authority on kicks or anything but I felt they had a good selection. Service was ok. the sales person who helped me was obviously a high school kid who was working part-time but he was friendly and pulled out a few other suggestions along with the item I asked for. Checkout was fairly quick and he also tried to upsell me on some cleaner and additional shoe laces.

I had to wait in the checkout line just to get someone to help me try on a shoe. After I picked my pair, I was recommended some new laces for them because the ones that came with the shoe were too short. I paid $ 2.50 for a new pair of longer laces, only to get home, put them on my shoe, and find that they are even SHORTER! You’ve got to fight for attention here, and even then, I’m not sure they always know what’s going on.
