They could use some customer service etiquette. Ive had better elsewhere at the big box stores. I was returning two items after spending thousands here and since they changed systems they would not return the items. Might be worth stopping by Home Depot or Lowes first. Both are fairly close to this place.

Grey lumber has been with is in tacoma for a long time and deserve local business they buy in bulk to get us local guys good prices on good materials. The framing material blows the big stores out of the water Doug fir in all sizes and specialty hardware with people with knowledge of new tech for building industry. Also wanted to say I hear people complain about lumber prices but they don’t know what they are buying elsewhere because I think prices are great!
