Recently, my brother moved to Tacoma from New York City. Shortly after he arrived one of his Widex hearing aids stopped working. I contacted his audiologist in New York. She contacted Widex to get the name of a local hearing aid provider. Harbor Audiology was one of two names recommended.
We dropped off his hearing aid at Harbor Audiology. The woman who help us was very accomodating. About ten days later as promised Harbor Audiology called to let us know the hearing aids were repaired and ready to be picked up.
These people are very customer service oriented. I would recommend any one looking for hearing aids contact this company.
