It’s a fast food place, the employee changes every month due to turndowns… and it’s by hill top wat u expect to be like Chef Ramsey restaurant
My food was made to the best of their ability. hell it’s not even real chicken but taste like it

I don’t always eat fast food but when I do it’s the Double Down meticulously made at this particular location. Given I haven’t been to any others, I was blown away by the fact that my sandwich looked even better than the ad. For what it’s worth, someone in that kitchen deserves a raise.

This place sucks trying to order chicken I’ve been waiting 19 minutes and still don’t have any chicken and the worst part is I’m sitting in the driveway through the drive thru good God I wish this place would figure out how to start cooking chicken.

If you like your fries HOT and your restaurant DIRTY this is your place!
I walked in on a Friday evening. Not too busy but the constant stream of «interesting customers» made the people watching worth the price of admission. Seriously, sell tickets. Hold on, I seem to have lost my wallet…
Anyways, it’s a weird KFC/A&W combo where they do a little of both. The staff are just how I like them, casually indifferent to my very existence. That’s okay, because the customers were more than engaging, commenting on my evening and order.
My meal came and I warmed up to my meal by doing a few laps around the restaurant looking for a clean table, deftly dodging the floor puddles and food littering the floor.
Now with a real appetite I sat down for my meal. And it was good. The fries were hot, hot, hot. The Root Beer (self serve) tasty and cold. And the burger was… alright. I’d order one with veggies next time (but it was their cheapest one after all).
While I dined alone, I was kept company by a large black housefly buzzing around my still hot fries. Ah, a fellow french fry connoisseur! I will adopt him, and call him Henry, and love him.

Dont get the negative reviews here, I had nothing but positive experience here. Went here for lunch yesterday after bible study and before Sabbath service, and ordered from the KFC side, got a Chicken Breast meal and I thought the service and food here was good. I would come back here next time and would recommend it.
It was clean inside and out and everyone in the restaurant was friendly and helpful.

BEYOND DISGUSTING, AND RUDE, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FAR AWAY!!!
The last few times here have been horrible.
I went through drive-​thru a few weeks ago, and ordered chicken sandwiches for my family; the buns were stale, and hard; lets just say that we were not feeling well after eating here.
I went in last night to use the bathroom, and to get a root-​beer float. I NEEDED to use the bathroom badly, before I ordered, but the bathroom was out of toilet paper, so I went up front and informed them that some was needed. This girl barley acknowledges me, says wait a second and walks off, the cashier them proceeds to take the order of the people behind me, as the girl walked off to the cooks line, and casually works on making food, makes eye contact with me more than once, laughs, and continues to work. I go back up front, and said «hey, I really need to use the bathroom badly», the cashier then reply’s that he knows, he’s just not had a chance to get it done; um, really, because taking the orders of other people behind me took priority, ok whatever. So I go back towards the bathroom, and wait, and wait some more. Other people are in line, we ALL hear laughing in the back, and other customers started to ask where the cashier disappeared to.
While standing there waiting I started to really look around the restaurant, and it’s nasty dirty. The kids high chairs looked like death, and beyond, how do people actually put their kids in those things, they were so gross. There were spills, and garbage EVERYWHERE, I ended up having to leave without using the bathroom, and thank heavens without getting something to eat, or drink, I wouldn’t eat here if it were the only place in the world that had food, seriously just GROSS!
This place is in desperate need of a good cleaning, and MUCH better management is needed, there is no way that a chain should look that bad, or be ran so awfully.

Ok, So this is a KFC /​A&W. When we went in the were out of root beer and chicken. Really?

I got a 4 piece chicken meal at the drive through. It was horribly over cooked. the worst fried chicken I have ever had! I will never buy food here every again!

I haven’t eaten here in nearly a year at this point, as I have attempted to be «healthier,» but I feel there are two things worth noting about this particular branch of KFC.
First, and this one is situational, about a year and a half ago I went through the drive-​through, ordered a 10 pc meal for me and a couple friends, paid, received the food quickly, and drove home. I never check the bag. Massochistic? Maybe, but generally, even if a mistake is made, I usually just roll with it. Well this time, I opened the bag to find 20 dollars worth of A&W food (they are a joint restaurant). Not a huge loss, but we were craving the colonel so I drove back… Only about half a mile, not a huge deal. When I went in and explained what happened, the manager apologized profusely, even though I was just chuckling and not mad, and insisted I take the 20 piece meal, with like eleventy billion sides and two chocolate cakes. For free. And keep the A&W food. My heart screamed in protest but I thanked him and took the 40 dollars worth of artery clogging goodness and went home. Customer service 5 star experience.
The second noteworthy part of this place — and I will deny this in public — is that the grilled chicken is actually decent. It makes me mad, and always will, since it is an afront against what K EFFFFF C was built on, but they did an ok job in providing a very slightly less terrible for you alternative.
Good for your body? No. Good for your taste bud? Always.

One of my daughters and I stopped in for a quick dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. We both had the mashed potato bowls with gravy and popcorn chicken and it was very good!
The best part was that it is also an A&W restaurant so they serve fresh draught A&W rootbeer in icy cold mugs.
