Four stars mainly for the friendly service. I came her for chicken and biscuits and was convinced to get the velvet cake and a rootbeer float(it is co-located with A&W, which to me is a nicer combination than KFC/Taco Bell) This KFC is a few miles from the back gate of Madigan and fairly easy to get to if you want to avoid the I-5 rush hour.

I only ever have this problem at KFCs: why is it that if I pull up at 8:30 when closing time is 10:00p, can I not get the chicken I ask for? I understand cutting food waste costs however when it is a full hour and a half before close of business and you stop making CHICKEN I believe that is an issue. It is entirely frustrating for customers and honestly if you are going to stop making food why don’t you just close at 8:30? Ridiculous!

Fast and friendly. Faster inside than through the drive through! Once inside around 630 pm on a Sunday, it was in and out in minutes! Coupon from the mail, a family meal for 8 and all for under 20.00 can’t go wrong there! It was hot and fresh for sure. Not to mention they read out the order after we finished ordering, then read it out while packing it up and finally read it back to us to make sure they hadn’t forgotten anything… Great customer service! We will be back!

This is probably one of the better KFC/A&W restaurants in the Tacoma/Puyallup area IMO. When I get the KFC side I like their Chicken Strips, also like their Extra Crispy Breast meal, with mash potatoes and Cole Slaw.

Clean. Prompt service. I ordered and less then 30 seconds later my order was ready. Can’t complain about that when I’m starving from running around getting things done.

This is one of those Combo KFC/A&W joints that sit right off of Pacific Avenue. You can definitely find some healthy items(for fast food) here. Go for the BBQ snackers or the BBQ sandwich if you want a sandwich. For sides go for the baked beans or the green beans. Have the diet root beer to wash it all down. Stay away from the cheese curds if you are trying to be healthy.
