I went to KFC looking for a grilled chicken pack. First store I went to said they longer serve it, then i went to this store and they said they didn’t have any. Not that they were out and working on a new batch, just didn’t have it. When I question if they sold the customer in front of me just bought the last of it and it would be 30 to 45 minutes before that have any more ready. It was 6:30PM, some one should have been paying attention to there inventory.

This place is the absolute worst. I’ve been in there twice and both times I left frustrated and pissed off. They never have what you want to order and always happy to replace it with a wing or drumstick, never an extra breast. I’m done with KFC. Popeye’s food is much better and I always get what I want.

The worst! ! ! Some strange spoiled smell in the dining room and they NEVER have chicken! Does not matter if I order regular, crispy or grilled which ever I chose they’ll be out of it! The laziest excuse for Kentucky Fried Chicken I’ve ever seen, any franchise really.. .I live close and sometimes crave KFC but this place isn’t it, they have the sign but that’s about it.. . If you’re wanting fried chicken — skip this location, save yourself the frustration!

Went here on 12−17−14 for lunch and I will never go back. Employee Natalie was very rude to another employee. They were out of one’s and had a hard time giving change back. When the employee asked if they had gotten any in yet she yelled at him. Any time he talked or tried to do something she yelled at him. I hope she’s not a manager. If she is she doesn’t know how to treat employees. Especially not when you have an establishment with customers that can hear everything you say.

I have been to this location many times and rarely had a completely positive experience. They have consistently given me the wrong order. Most recently, I waited in front of the speaker of an empty drive thru for 3 minutes before they even took my order, then they gave me my food and I did not receive what I ordered. On another occasion, I arrived within 30 minutes to close and they refuse to serve many of the menu items as I attempted to make an order. When I was finally able to find something on the menu they could serve, the 2 workers who took my payment and served my food were visibly stoned and wouldn’t stop laughing. It made communication impossible. I have nothing against weed, but damn, could you do what you’re paid for at a competent level please? It just makes them appear lazy when they refuse to cook certain things and are unable to serve customers properly, or speak for that matter.
