Wendy’s

We went to pick up lunch today an noon. The drive thru line had about 6 cars or so and we decided to go inside. We had 2 people in front of us and it took 15 minutes to get to the counter to place an order as the guy was that slow. I imagine he was new but why no back up or at least somebody to show him how to get things done timely as this is a fast food restraunt! Right? Once we ordered we waited another 10 minutes for our food. I could have went to a sit down restraunt and got served faster!

I usually love Wendy’s and this one has been ok before, but last night was a different story. I went at 11:30pm on my way home from work and ordered a Baconator. Upon getting home and unwrapping it, I noticed one of the burger patties was actually two halves, probably from two different patties. They were also a little dry and crusty on the edge, NOT fresh and quality that Wendy’s advertises.

There are 2 things that make a great restaurant:
1.) Good Customer Service
2.) Good Food
My first time I frequented the location the fresh brewed tea that ice tea lovers expect from Wendy’s was just old and rancid (my food experience). When I mentioned it to the manager I was told: «Nobody drinks the tea from out there they all get their Tea from back here» as she took my cup to fill it with some less old stuff but not fresh like I was expecting (all while still doing nothing about the tea out in the lobby).
My second visit was much the same even after being told they would fix the tea situation the following visit. My third visit was worse yet… The lady at the front refused to cut me a lemon for my tea & lied about them being out (there were fresh lemons in plain sight in a glass doors refrigerator). Then after I was done there was a lady who came in who was argued with about missing food on her order and through it was not going to be coming back. I gave it 2 stars because the place was clean.

I’m a Wendy’s fan but not this location always double check your shit if you ask for a spicy chicken make sure you get it OR if you order a baconator make sure you get the right size Patty and not the jr. Bacon size YEP this happened… ugh so frustrating and irritating not to mention the late night Manger NOT friendly… seemed irritated to be working, you are in wendys time getting paid! Just saying…

Very clean inside. Staff is very friendly. Fries are always hot.

Very friendly and great customer service. Very nice and clean inside. Very modern. I only come here for their salads. Super yummy, fresh, and filled with goodness all over. And to top it off with the best tasting salad dressing!

Food was ok but the floor was extremely dirty and I almost slipped twice. The smell from the soda machines was disgusting.

I stopped in around 1030PM to get some food for my drive home and to my severe disapointment, BOTH chicken sandwiches I ordered had old, dry, hard chicken. I work in the food industry so I can easily tell you that they were past their holding time. Sad to say I couldn’t even choak them down. Last time I will ever stop at this location.

Good food but I don’t think the workers are to smart because they can’t make a burger right.

This is the nicest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Not just in how clean it is or how modern it was made, but also in how friendly the employees are. While I’ve become a regular, they still are so very nice and try to make sure your dining experience is as problem free as possible.

My experience is 100% drive-​through related, as that has been the only way I have patronized this store. The food is fine. The standard Wendy’s fare. The reason for my review is to address the service at the drive through. The workers seem friendly enough, and the service is usually fast, but the incompetence is high. I always get salads and a tea when I drive through, and I am not exaggerating when I say that almost every time I go, they screw up my order. Salad, no dressing. Salad, dressing, no fork. Salad, dressing, fork, no salad sides that are included. Salad, wrong dressing. I don’t get it. Is it really that difficult to pull off? I have now started checking before I pull away, but really, should I have to? I considered calling the manager, but I have a limited lunch time, and didn’t feel like spending it running back and forth to Wendy’s. To the owner/​manager of this store, please get this worked out.

I haven’t gone to this store in over a year, because I’d had enough of never getting what I ordered. My order was the Asian Cashew salad, with the spicy asian dressing. I cannot tell you how blown away I am. They gave me ranch dressing. I’m astounded. It’s been more than a year, and they’re still doing this? I will never go back to this store.

Very clean store, good customer service. Probably the best Wendy’s I’ve eaten at.

One thing I love about Wendys, is that they have fresh burgers that taste good! The chicken nuggets are also very good, and IMO are one of the best nuggets you can get. This location does also have that Coke freestyle machine I like, since I dont like the Coke products most places have the freestyle machine has 120 different drinks in it so plenty of choices for everyones taste! Very good idea to have that machine!

Came in here with my boys and ordered 3 cinni middles warmed up. I heard great things about them from a friend. The lady microwaved them for 10 seconds and I asked is that long enough for three. She assured me they would be hot. Well they were not hot. So they took them back and they over heated them which made the bread harden. Then to to top it off there was a long blond hair in the middle of one of the rolls. At least they refunded our money. My 8 year old said «I never want to come back hear again»

Best looking Wendy’s I’ve ever seen! They have good service and good food.

I have never liked Wendy’s, until this place opened.
My husband and kids love going to Wendy’s, but I usually eat somewhere else.
I’ve been here a good 10 times since it opened, and mostly in the drive-​thru.
I have been pretty happy with our visits, and I think that most of the credit is due to the really nice service that we receive. For what you’d expect from fast food, I’m very happy to bring my hungry boys here.

I can only give them a 3-​star as I used the drive thru and the service was so-​so… I like that they are located were they are so I don’t have to drive all the way to the Mall to get a Wendy’s chicken nugget fix!
Next time I plan to go inside and see what all the hype is about as I did notice the flat screens and the fireplace from the windows. Pretty fancy schmancy for a fast food joint.
Food was as expected but my chicken nuggets seemed a little old:(

Brand new Wendy’s is amazing. It really picks up the neighborhood. This is a modern looking new Wendy’s with flat screen tv’s inside. The service is great and food is fresh. Love it!
